Metal :- Pipe Should Be Of C Class Of Jindal / Tata Make Of Galvanised With Minimum Of 100 Microns Ionised Coated And Zinc Dipped Joint With Robotic Welded. Prior To Finishing All Welded Joints Should Scalloped As Necerrary And Welded To An Approved Mig Process Should Dressed Of Removing All Sharp Edgeds And Burrs. All Pipes And Metal Parts Should Be Applied Itch Primer Then Apply Powder Coated Using Standard Powder Of Imported Paints With International Standareds To The Total Thickness Should Not Be Less Than 120 Microns Of All Metal Parts Should Be Tested Accordeance To Iso 7227. 2. Plastic:- All Plastic Parts Should Soild Polyethylene And Uv Stabilised Should Be Used. 3. Rubber:- High Quality Grip Rubber Should Be Used For The Handle. 4. Bearing:- All Bearing Should Be Reputed Make And Press Fitted For Smooth Rotation, And Does Not Require Relubrication I.E., Maintenance -Free Ball Bearing 5. Nylon Alloys:- Should Be Used. 6. Safety & Maintenance:- All Products Of Equipment Should Be Tested As Per En 16630 Safety Norms And Certificates Should Be Issued By The Reputed Notified National / International Certified Agency I.E Ipema, Tuv, Cpsc, Sgs Euro Tech Universalregistrars And Clearly Display The Gs Test Mark On Hte Product As Per En 16630 Safety Certificates.
