Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited ( Bpcl ) , Invites Bids Under Two Parts Bid ( Technical And Commercial ) From Capable Domestic Bidders For Management Of Rewards And End To End Fulfillment For Their Loyalty Programs For Lubricants.2.We Intend To Engage An Agency For Setting Up The Online Loyalty Redemption Platform & Issuance Of E Voucher / M Voucher On Pan India Basis3.Scope Of Work:A.Loyalty Customers / Members Will Redeem Their Reward Points For E Gift Vouchers, Using The Following Modes / Platforms.A ) Customer Portal - Websiteb.All Such Redemption Data / Details Will Be Integrated With The Systemic Platform Between Bpcl Secondary Sales Platform And The Reward Platform Of The Successful Bidder Herein After Called / Referred As “Reward Manager” Or “Vendor”, Through A Web Service Interface On Real Time Basis. Real Time Of Burning Of Points, Integration With Secondary Sales Platform Portal Of Bpcl. Own Technology Platform To Support Robust Reward Program With Full Right For Any Change In Application Required.H.Integration Of Vendor Portal And Secondary Sales Management Portal Providing Service To Bpcl And Managing Host Of Activities Such As Within A Defined Timeline As Specified Below:A ) E-Vouchers / M Vouchers Instantly / Real Time Of Receiving The Data Post Redemption By Customer.B ) Complete Web View And Website Development With Modules Like : My Account / Transaction History / Point History / Inventory & Billing Management / Reward Catalogue / Resending Of Vouchersc ) 365 Days Customer Support Desk With Dedicated Customer Service Desk. Ivr & Toll Free Numbers Along With Missed Call Facility .Offline Redemption Deskd ) Complete Data Validation Of All Registered Retailer. Collection Of Kyc ( Company And Person ) And Validating Kyc Submitted Against The Concerned Person Registered ( Online ) . Random Checking Of Kyc By Physical Verification Of 5% Of Award Customer In A Year. However The Format Of The Reports Can Be Formalized At The Time Of Designing And Discussion.G ) Delivery Of E-Voucher / M-Voucher Report Should Be Provided To Bpcl Administrator On Daily Basis And Weekly Basis. The Vendor Must Ensure That This Report Is Consistent Before Sending To Bpclh ) Provide Vapt / Wapt Compliance Report Issued By Cert – In Empaneled Security Auditor ( For Application Hosted Within India ) . Vapt / Wapt Should Be Repeated After Every Year Or Major Upgrades, If Any.I.Communicate The Customer Through Sms And E-Mail On Every Successful Event Of Issuance Of E-Voucher And Dispatch Of Physical Voucher As The Case May Be. ( Mobile Number And E-Mail Id Will Be Made Available In Initial Data File ) J.To Handle E-Vouchers Effectively, Vendor Should Have An Ownership And Robust Tried And Tested Electronic Platform / Engine To Push E-Codes / M-Codes, So That Timelines Are Met.K.Specific Value Vouchers / Product Vouchers Should Be Delivered As M-Code Or E-Code For Customer To Redeem At The Brand Specific And Designated List Of Stores, Without Any Hassles As Per Published Terms And Conditions Of The Particular Brand.L.The Validity Period Of E-Vouchers And M-Codes Are Governed By Validity Clause Of The Individual Brand.M.On Expiry Of Contract Period Vendor Should Ensure That Vouchers Issued During The Contract Period Are Honored By The Respective Merchants Till The Validity Period Of That Voucher.
