This Excel File For Price Fid Format Has 02 Sheets- First For Total Lumpsum Prices As Mentioned Above And Second For Unit Rates. Only Sheet-1 For Total Lumpsum Price Shall Be Taken Into Evaluation. 2. Bidders To Refer Notes Of Price Bid Format (Annexure – 1 For Py51718).2. Bidders To Furnish Unit Rates Of Components (Annexure –1A Of Py51718) In The Sheet-2 Of The Excel File. Same Is Also Mandatory To Furnish.3. The Bid Evaluation Is On Overall L1 Basis. Each And Every Item Of The Package Shall Be Quoted By The Bidder. Partial Offers Will Not Be Considered For Evaluation And The Same Are Liable For Rejection. 4. The Total Lump Price Quoted Shall Be Inclusive Of Packing & Forwarding, Freight And Testing Charge. 5. The Total Lump Price Quoted Shall Be Exclusive Of Gst, Third Party Inspection (Tpi) And Transit Insurance Charge. Gst Shall Be Paid Extra By Bhel At Applicable Rates.6. The Percentage Of Discount Resulting For Entire Package Price After Ra/Price Negotiation With L1 Bidder I.E. Percentage Of Discount From Initial Online Sealed Bid Price To Ra/Negotiation Closing Price, Shall Be Considered For Unit Rates Of Addition/ Deletion Items Also.

Only sheet-1 for total lumpsum price shall be taken into evaluation. 2. Bidders to refer notes of PRICE BID FORMAT (ANNEXURE – 1 for PY51718). 2. Bidders to furnish Unit rates of components (Annexure –1A of PY51718) in the sheet-2 of the excel file. Same is also mandatory to furnish. 3. The Bid Evaluation is on Overall L1 Basis. Each and Every item of the Package shall be quoted by the bidder. Partial offers will not be considered for evaluation and the same are liable for rejection. 4. The Total Lump price quoted shall be INCLUSIVE of Packing & Forwarding, Freight and Testing Charge. 5.
