Charges for the works to carryout dismantling, simultaneous re-fabricating and assembling of the badly corroded 6” fire hydrant pipeline at Centenary Building in Chennai Port Trust.Note :After completion of all laid pipe lines works, the firm should compulsorily tested off to ensure leak free.

Charges for the laying of 48 Mtrs. long new6” G.I. ‘C’ Class pipeline and to assemble with the regular flange joints in each floor including ground floor from the Main Pump Discharge(Basement) to the overhead tank discharge “Downcomer Value” at 10th floor of Centenary Building.

Cost for the supply of 2 Nos. of 6” non-return valves.Note :The firm shall replace the supplied Non - return valves wheverver required.

Cost for the Supply of 2 Nos. of 6” Butterfly Valves.Note :The firm shall replace the supplied Non - return valves wheverver required.

Cost for the supply of 12 Nos. of Double Headed HydrantNote :The firm shall replace the double headed hydrant in each floor includingbasement and ground floor.

Cost for the supply of 4” G.I. pipe3 mtrs.Note :The firm shall replace the supplied 4\" GI Pipe at free of cost.The location will be intimated by the Trust Engineer.

Cost for the supply of 3” G.I. pipe3 mtrs.Note :The firm shall replace the supplied 3\" GI Pipe at free of cost.The location will be intimated by the Trust Engineer.

Cost for the supply of 12 Nos. of Hose reel sets alongwith (100 ft. Hose and a nozzle)Note :The firm shall replace the Hose reel sets in each floor at Centenary Building.

Cost for the supply of 12 Nos. of 1” Ball valves.Note :The firm shall replace the supplied 1\" Ball valves.The location will be intimated by the Trust Engineer.

Charges for Loading, Unloading and transportation of dismantled 6” Fire Hydrant corroded pipelines and its accessories to RSA Yard at Gate No.10.

Charges for the painting has to be done by the contractor for the entire 6\" dia fire hydrant pipelines and its accessories as per the Fire Service norms and standards.
