Bids Are invited for Outdoor Multi Play Station - -Providing, designing and fixing of Outdoor Multi Play Station for kids, including One Straight Slide, One Spiral Slide, One Wave Slide, Two Bridges, Three Main Post Platforms having Designed Colorful Roofs and minimum Two Stairs The size should be minimum 6000mm x 4500mm x 3700mm, fabricated with M.S. Hollow main posts of 150mm dia and 3.00 mm thick and other pipes of 50mm dia. 3.00mm thick made up of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized, and powder coated 80-120 micron thick usingAkzo Nobel or equivalent in desired shade and colour. All joints of pipe shall be welding properly and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. High Quality Plastic Fiber/LLDPE plastic to be used with minimum 4.00mm thickness U V resistant. As per Designed and Color approved by Engineer-in Charge. All material should be Anti UV, Anti Heat, Safe & Eco Friendly. Should be fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M25. Complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-Charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour of metal and fixing of the same to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. , Swing - -Providing and Fixing of Outdoor Dual Swing for Kids. The leg support is bending made of 40NB GI pipe and top pipe is 50NB GI pipe with GI junction box with powder coating. The swing seat is made up of 10mm thick GI chain belt. The belt seat affixed on 6mm GI chain the ball bearings are mounted inside a specially designed nylon clamp. (12’ Height). , Slide - -The chute is made of 14 SWG/ GI sheet. It is attached to the platform made from GI sheet. The platform is supported by 40NB GI pipe. The ladder is made using 20NB GI pipes. The steps for the ladder are of 20NB GI pipes.
