Name of Work:TENDER FOR ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR SWEEPING AND MAINTAINING THE COMMON AREAS IN AND AROUND THE CLIVE BATTERY OFFICERS QUARTERS AND MAINTAINING THE TOILET BLOCKS IN THE JURISDICTION OF NORTH DIVISION.

Sweeping and maintaining all the open areas,surrounding the building,staircase area including steps and landing slabs of all the buildings in the clive battery Officer\"s quarters (EDLB & CBS I,II,III) and DSC car parking area near Royapuram bridge in EE(C)ND division daily and maintaining in neat and tidy conditions on all working days excluding sundays and Trust holidays and keeping them free from dust, dry leaves,waste papers,garbages and other spilled materials etc., including collecting and depositing the swept materials in the near by dustbins or at the designated areas as directed including clearing the water stagnation on the open areas during rainy seasons etc., as directed at site of work including all labour, brooms, brushes, tools, etc.,complete.Note:1.The tenderer has to quote the rate including all cleaning tools etc.,for cleaning the area for 1Sq.m per month 2.Total area to be cleaneddailyfor a period of one month is 6057 Sq.m.3.The area indicated in the quantity column is the total area to be cleaned for 12 months (6057x12)=72684sqm.4.The Details of area to be swept/Maintained are mentioned in section II/preamble to bill of quantites.

Cleaning and maintaining the toilets and areas in and around thetoiletsat various locations in neat and tidy condition daily except on Sundays and Trust holidays including cleaning all the doors, ventilators, sanitary fittings such as water closets,urinals, wash basins,walltile portions, partition walls all as directed and as specified including depositing/disposingthe collected materials into the container dust bins includinglabour, supplying of all cleaning tools and materials etc., complete. Note: Note: 1. Labour engaged for the work mazdoor (male labour) for 2 nos in general shift for Toilet 1,2,3,4 eachasper preamble.2Contract period is 12 months except Sundays and Trust holiday.3. Rate quoted by the tenderer is inclusive of cleaning materials, tools, uniform, apron, gloves etc., labour charges etc.
