The following works are to be carried out on 132 KV Kundarki under ETD-I, Moradabad

Fabrication of protection wire mesh fencing of size 5x4 mtr. with 1’’x1’’ square 10 SWG wire mesh including grouting by making plinth at 20 MVA-II & 40 MVA, 132/33 KV T/F installed by cutting and fabrication MS Angle 65x65x6mm. MS flat 50x6/25x6mm. Installing 03 Nos. post Insulator and with one coat of red oxide and two coat of bus green paint Including all material labour and T&P except MS Angle, MS Flat, Post Insulator and P.G. Clamp which shall be supplied by department free of cost.

Construction of sand pit hut for keeping sandPit comprising the work of fabrication of 02 Nos 3.5 mtr. Long and 06 Nos. 2.5 Mtrs. Long vertical square shape support from 65x65x5 mm angle iron and welding a piece of 10 cm angle from 65x65x5 mm in the bottom of support. Excavation of 8 Nos. pits of size 20x20x20 cm and grouting of 08 Nos. vertical support with 1:2:4 cement coarse sand and 20 mm stone ballast in proper level & alignment.Fabrication of top structure from 50x50x5mm or 65x65x5 mm G.I angle having a sixe of 3.5 mtr x 2.5 mtr. Using 6 Nos. 1.2 mtr. Lond and 4 Nos. 4.0 mtrs. Long G.I angle iron pices welding it with vertical support to make the frame of hut type. Painting the structure with two coats of red colour synthetic enamels paint. Supply and fixing of 6.0mm thick grey color corrugated asbestos sheet roofing in position with ridges and velleys fixed with j- bolts including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. Only G.I. angle iron required for work shall be supplied by the UPPTCL free of cost at site.
