Work Of Annual Maintenance Of Various 132Kv Transmission Lines Under Etd-I Ghaziabad- 1 Regular Tower To Tower Patrolling Wherever Required Of Following 132Kv Transmission Line , Detection Of The Defects Like Missing / Theft Tower Members , Puncture Insulator Disc, Dislocation Of Vibration Damper / Damaged Conductor / Earth Wire, Checking Of Foundation & Position Of Tree In The Corridor Of 35Mtr Of The Line And Removing Of Bird Nest From Towers Patrolling Shall Be Done 01 Time In 03 Months I.E. 04 Times In A Year And Some Part Of Line Passes Through Critical Areas ( Approx.20Km ) Which Require Additional Patrolling @ Monthly Wise. 2 132Kv Loni-Kanha Upwan Line- 29 Km 3 132Kv Sahibabad-Mohannagar Line- 9Km 4 132Kv Morti-Khanaupvan Line- 0.70Km 5 132 Kv Morti-Mohan Nagar Line- 1.3 Km 6 132Kv Loni-Teelamod Line - 8.5Km 7 132Kv Sahibabad-Vaishali Line - 2.5Km 8 Fabrication & Fixing Of Tower Parts / Members From Scrap Gi Angles Includinf Cartage Of Steel Angles From The Substation Store, Punching Holes Proper Placement Tightning Of Nuts & Bolts, Punching & Champfering Of Bolts At Different Location Of Above Transmission Line. 9 Tack Welding Of Nut-Bolts 10 Replacement Of Damaged Jumpers At Tension Towers 11 Tightning Of Jumpers At Tension Tower 12 Looping, Chooping And Cutting Of Trees Branches In The 35Mts Corridor Of 132Kv Lines , Stacking Of Above Cutting At Proper Place Far From The Line 13 Tighting / Fixing Of Missing / Displaced Vibration Dampers / Arcing Horns. 14 Emergency Patrolling Of 132Kv Lines During Tripping To Detect The Exact Fault Location And Type Of Fault 15 Reparing Of Damaged Acsr Panther Conductor By Jointing With One Number Repair Sleeve Including Lowering Down Of Conductor And Restringing Of The Same With All Other Associated Work To Complete The Job Satisfactorly. 16 Reparing Of Damaged Acsr Panther Conductor By Tension Fitting As Per Requirement Of Site Including Lowering Down Of Conductor And Restringing Of The Same For Completion Of The Work Satisfactory. 17 Attending Breakdown Of Broken Acsr Panther / Htls Conductor By Winding And Fixing Required Mid-Span Compressing Joint Including Lowering Down The Conductor And Restringing The Same ( Upto 01Km ) 18 Replacemnt Of Damaged / Punctured Suspension Polymers Stringhs As Per Site Requirement, Including Carriage Of Matetial From Store To Work Site. 19 Removal Of Foreign Material From The Conductor / Earthwire Of The Above Lines Like Kites, Wire Etc.
