The Design Prepared By One Designer Shall Be Checked By Another Designer And Both The Persons Shall Sign The Design Calculations And Drawings Along With Date.6. The Supplier Shall Give Free Of Cost Clarification, If Any, During Complete Execution Period Of The Building. 7.Any Amendment Required During Execution Shall Be Made By The Consultant And Requisite Copies Of Amended Sheets Shall Be Submitted Free Of Cost.8. The Responsibility For The Structural Design & Drawings Prepared Rests With The Supplier. In Case Of Any Defect / Damage Detected In The Designed Structure During, Its Design Life And The Same Is Attributed To Faulty Drawing / Design, The Supplier Will Be Liable For Penalty Of 10% Of The Total Project Cost. , 4Consultancy Work - 10Third Party Vetting / Proof Checking. The Supplier Shall Be Responsible For Third Party Vetting / Proof Checking From Iits / Nits / Other Govt Institute Duly Signed By Authorised Signatory ( Structural Designer Only ) On Behalf Of The Institute And Not From A Professor / Individual Of The Institute In His Personal Capacity. The Third Party Vetting The Designs, Drawings Shall Also Be Liable For Ensuring That The Designs & Drawings Are In Compliance As Per The Laid Down Standards, Regulations, Adherence To Nbc Norms And Sound Engineering Practices. The Bidder Is Responsible For Obtaining Clarification From The Vetting Agency Till The Completion Of Project.11.A Certificate That All Details Have Been Thoroughly Checked And Are In Compliance To Standards, Codes, Regulations In Respect Of Safety, Soundness And Economy Shall Be Obtained From The Vetting Agencies.12.The Bidder On Being Issued The Job Order Shall Send His Design Team To Hq Ce ( Af ) Wac Palam To Liaise With The E2 Design And E6 Section To Discuss And Finalize The Design Parameters And Obtain Clarifications On Any Architectural And Design Issues. The Date Of Visit Of The Bidder’S Design Team Shall Be Decided In Consultation With The E2 Design Section Of Hq Ce ( Af ) Wac Palam.13.On Preparation Of The Design Folder And Preliminary Structural Drawings, The Bidder Shall Send His Design Team To Make A Detailed Power Point Presentation Of The Structural Design And Drawings To The E2 Design And E6 Section Of Hq Ce ( Af ) Wac Palam. The Date Of Presentation By The Bidder’S Design Team Shall Be Decided In Consultation With The E2 Design Section. , 5Consultancy Work - 14. The Final Structural Drawings Duly Vetted By Authorities As Mentioned In The Boq Shall Be Submitted To The E2 Design Section By The Bidder’S Design Team And The Bidder’S Team Should Come Prepared To Make Any Corrections / Amendments To The Same If Required In Consultation With E2 Design Section15. The Bidder’S Design Team Shall Have To Visit The Hq Ce ( Af ) Wac Palam At Any Time During The Planning And Execution Of The Work If Required, On Being Intimated In Writing By E2 Design Section Of Hq Ce ( Af ) Wac Palam.16.Nothing Extra Shall Be Payable For The Above Visits Of Bidder’S Design Team To Hq Ce ( Af ) Wac Palam.Note: ( Plan & Arch Drg Are Enclosed For Reference ) .
