4Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12 mm. Deep (1/2) and removing the debris within 50 m. lead including all labour, labour cess, T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
5Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in 22.5 cm (9") thick layers including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
6Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4 cm (1.5") size clean hard hand broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm (6") thick to required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with royalties, labour, labour cess and T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required.
7Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12 mm size hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including all cost, labour, labour cess, T&P, royalties, conveyances etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
8Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in Foundation and plinth using fly ash bricks of 9" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg. per sq. cm including splays, cutting, circular mouldings, chamfering, corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections, watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour and labour cesswith T&P required for the work with all royalties etc. complete in all respect.
925 mm (1") damp proof course with cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12 mm size crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete watering curring cost and conveyance of all materials, royalties etc. with all labour, labour cess and T&P required for the work etc. complete including side shuttering as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

22Supplying, fitting and fixing of Vitrified tile in dadoes of size 600mm x 600mm of plain (Ivory) in approved make conforming to IS 13756 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1cement:4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, labour cess and T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
