    Bids Are invited for 80 MT Weighbridge as per Technical Scope - Semi Portable - Pitless Type Weighbridge8 xLoad Cells, 1 xWeight Indicator, 1 x JB,1 x Complete Structure, 4 x Spreader Plates , Surveillance System as per Technical scope - Surveillance System Unidirectional or Bi-directional - 3 x IP Cameras with Ethernet Cable / Power, LAN Switch, Software with Email (Microsoft Outlook) , CCTV Enabled Vehicle position system - CCTV Enabled Vehicle position system based weigh bridge system software , Civil work as per Technical scope - Civil work- Rectangular RCC column of size depends on the Load cell of the manufacturer well compacted with rubble, PCC, 2 x RCC Ramps of+ Anchor fastening of bolts by Hilti for the 4 nos of spreaderplates. RCC grade of concrete will be minimum M-25 including reinceforcement , Earthing as per Technical Scope - 2 nos of Earthing as per our drawing, with material , Cable for load and pipe as per Technical Scope - Load cell Cable ducting/laying and conduit (GI/Flexible pipe) , labour charges for erection and calibration - Unskilled labour during erection, calibration /testing , Delivery charges - Freight Charges, loading and unloading with Crane/hydra. , Stamping from Metrology Deparment - Charges for stamping and wights and measures approval from Metrology Department of Govt of Maharashtra Total Quantity : 1
