1Clearing, transporting and disposing of house hold garbage collectedfrom DRY WASTEgarbage bins placed at 6 different locations of AMD residential complex andone garbage bin located at office complex, dumping the aforesaid collected garbage outside AMD complex at municipality approved dumping yard at the cost and risk of the contractor, the aforesaid operation shall beREPEATED ON EVERY THREE DAYS,including cleaning the surrounding area of bins platform about 15ft alround to maintain the cleaniness of the area. The cost includes all labours, taxes, tools,transportincludingbroom stick,gloves & all other accessoriesnecessary for cleaning etc., all complete as per the specifciations & directions of Engineer-In-charge. Note :(i)Each operation rate includes all as mentioned above.
2Collection of Domestic WET WASTEdaily (including Sundays and Holidays) from each Flat and disposing off the collected waste into the pitat the shown loction inside the AMD Colony Premises, including mixing process for generating compost with cost of labour, transportation and tools & equipments like collection bin, trolley/ wheel barrows, equipment related to mixing process, etc.complete all as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Note:Total88 flats in 10 Residential Blocks & Sahyadri Guest house from where the wet waste to be collected daily
3Upkeep and maintenance of sewerage system existing at AMD Residential complexincluding Guest House as per the direction of Incharge, Engineering Services or her/his representative at the cost and risk of the contractor.The work shall be as detailed below :- (a) Inspection of all gully traps, inspection chambers & man holes at a regular interval of three calendar month, clearing of any blockage / sediments by removing and disposed by burying at specified locations, washing the installation as required etc., (b) Rectification of blockage from both surface and underground sewer lines all including vertical sewer lines / storm water lines at PH shafts, IWC, EWC, kitchen nahni trapsall chambers, etc.,on routine inspections or on call whenever necessary to clear the blockage on complaint includingexcavation of earth if necessary making good the damage, back filling etc including cost of all tools and labour.
4(c) Cleaning and clearing the inlet & outlet of septic tanks in routines and on call for uninterrupted function of septic tanks, excludingde-sludging / cleaning of septic tanks. The cost includes all labours, taxes, tools, transport includingbroom stick,gloves & all other accessoriesnecessary for cleaningetc., all complete & as per the specifications Note: 1. The rateper operationquoted includes all the above said operations for a period of three months, Payment shall be made quarterly.
5Upkeep of Residential complex by clearing of all unwanted sanitary materials keeping all common built up areas clean and tidy all as per the direction of Incharge, Engineering Services or her / his representative as detailed below:- (a) Brooming and washing the stairs / staircase at all floors, heights and locations of 10 residential blocks, stilt area of Type-V(2 blocks), with proper /approved antibacterial agents and clearing all cobwebs wherever found over the staircase areas and other external walls etc., frequency for brooming once in every dayand once in every week for washing. (b) Cleaning / clearing of terrace and chajjas of 10 Residential blocks. Pump house and security posts at once in a week to avoid clogging of drain pipes and disposing the debris as directed. The cost includes all labours, taxes, tools, transport, anti-bacteria agents includingbroom/moping stick, buckes,gloves & all other accessoriesnecessary for cleaning etc., all complete as per the specifications.
6Note: (i) Rate shall be quotedas,perday basis considering all the operations mentioned above.
7Upkeep / house keeping ofGuest House Buildings at Residential complex the work shall be detailed as below: a)Brooming, moping of floor, vacuum cleaning of carpet floor at once everyday atall the bed rooms , Kitchen, dining, lobby reception area / common area, stair case and entrance canopy steps,paver block at entrance of the Sahyadri Guest house and Bhramaputra GH on all the days excluding sunday, including cleaning, Washing of bathrooms, toilets on all the days and dusting / whipping removing cobwebs at all rooms windows / doors / ventilators frame work and shutters, all utilities like TV, TV stand, Phone Stand, Reception Table, Sofa etc., at once on everyday. wall Cladding of the corridors shall be moped twice in a week Cleaningof terrace and chajjas so as to keep the area free of debris and rain drain grating / pipes unclogged, broomingand mopping of communicty hall at once in a week.
8b) Providing approved liquid soaps for hand wash in the existing containers on all the wash basins of bathrooms,including dining, Tissue rolls for Toilets, approved anti bacteria agents for mopping floors, washing toilets / bathrooms, room freshners for the toilets etc., The cost includes all the labour, taxes, tools and materials including vaccum cleaner for the above said operations all as per specification. Note: (i) Rate shall be quotedas perday basis considering all the operations mentioned above.
9Clearing and cleaning of the external and internal sewerage system at the all floors, heights and locations with in AMD Office complex consisting of approx 20gully chamber, 45 inspection chambers, 11 manholes, all the vertical C.I. pipes of the shaft areas IWC, EWC, Wash basins, including embedded sewer pipes of dia 100mm & 150mm the inlet and outlet of septic tanks etc., and disposal of silt/ sludge / sediments by way of burying it at the specified location at once in three months and on call whenever necessary, however de-sludging of septic tank shall not be within the scope of this schedule.The cost includes all the labour, taxes, tools for the above said operations all as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-charge. Note: 1. The rateper operationquoted includes all the above said operations for a period of three months, Payment shall be made quarterly.
10Upkeep / house keep of A & B Block Office buildings and all auxilory buildings of Office complex at all floors and locations as per the direction of Incharge, Engineering Services or his / her representative and as detailed below (a) Brooming and moppingall type of flooring,dadoing, windows sills / service chute platforms & vaccum cleaning the carpet areas on all the working days of all the officebuildings consistingof rooms, labs, corridors, lobbies, common areas,stairs / stair case, including scrubbing of dadoing and edges of the flooring, cleaning the PVC flooring with washing soaps/liquid soaps etc.,once in a week using approved cleaning agent, if stain persists. b) Toilet (18Nos.) cleaning shall be done twice a day & wash basincleaning once a day on all the working days with necessary approved antibacterial / disinfectant agents.
11c) Cleaning of cobwebs on all ceiling and walls both internal & external of all the office building, common built up areas staircases etc., at weekly once to make it completely free from cobwebs appearances. Cleaning of window / door glasses by cleaning agent as & when requiredto appear clean & tidy. d) Providing approved liquid soaps (Dettol / Lifebuoy) for hand wash in the existing containers on all the wash basins in toilets (18 Nos) and office rooms, approved anti bacteria agents (brisk / domex) for mopping floors and washing toilets, phenol, Room fresheners (odonil) in toilets, Tissue paper rolls for EWC toilets etc.,( using of Acidis prohibited ) (e) Cleaning / clearing of terrace and chajjas of office,stores ,security buildings and all auxilary buildings including car/scooter sheds etc. at once in a week to avoid clogging of drain pipes and disposing the debris in the nearest located bins. The cost includes all the labour, taxes, tools and materials including vaccum cleaner for the above said operations all as per specification. Note: (i) Rate may be quotedas,per day basis considering all the operations mentioned above. ( Not less than 10 labours required for the above said work to be operated at a time )
12(a) De-sludging the sediments from approx 4.85 m3 LLPP Tank chambers at Office Complexand connecting pipes (both inlet and outlet) manually, burying the sludge in the near by excavated soak pit (5m3) includingexcavation of required soak pit and disposal of surplus earth with in lead of 50m in AMD complex and De-watering, cleaning, clearing and washing of PP tank and connecting pipes etc., manually by disposing the clear water over the adjacent sand filter bed and other floating debris in the soak pit as mentioned above and refilling the soak pit after removal of the dried sludge once in a year.The cost includes all labours required tools and safety wears all as per the direction and instruction of the Engineer Incharge,
13Cleaning/Brooming/roads, of all internal B.T roads/concrete pavement, paver blocks, platforms, scooter / car sheds & play ground,all the buildings plinth protection area etc., inlcudingdumping the collected debris at the specified locations on alternate days.

19Cleaning manually RCC Overhead tanks of Office & Residential Complex consisting of following mentioned capacitiesincludingremoval of mud, dirt, algea e etc., and cleaning the wall surface & ceiling surfaces of tanks by applyingbleaching powder using suitable scrubbers/broom sticks/squeesers/ wipers/rubbber brushes/coir brushes etc. & all complete & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
20a) For 5000 to 6000Ltrs. Capacity(9tanks cleaning in 1 operation) [ two operations in a year considered ].
21b) For8000 to 10,000 Ltrs. Capacity ( 7tanks cleaningin 1 operation ) [ two operations in a year considered ].
22c) For 17,000 Ltrs. Capacity(2 tanks cleaning in 1 opertaion) [ two operations in a year considered ].
23Upkeep / house keep of New office cum Auditorium building (C - Block) at all floors and locations as per the direction of Incharge, Engineering Services or his / her representative and as detailed below : (a) Brooming and moppingall type of flooring,dadoing, windows sills , platformson all the working days of the office building consistingof rooms, corridors, lobbies, common areas,stairs / stair case, including scrubbing of dadoing and edges of the flooring, cleaning the PVC flooring with washing soaps/liquid soaps etc.,once in a week using approved cleaning agent, if stain persists. b) Vaccum cleaning of carpet, sofa, seats at office & AuditoriuimTWICE IN A WEEK c) Toilet (8Nos.) cleaning shall be done twice a day & wash basincleaning once a day on all the working days with necessary approved antibacterial / disinfectant agents.
24d) Cleaning of cobwebs on all ceiling and walls both internal & external of all the office building, common built up areas staircases ,etc., at weekly once also ensuring completely free from cobwebs appearances at anytime. Cleaning of window / door glasses by cleaning agent as & when requiredto appear clean & tidy including Cleaning / clearing of terrace and chajjas at once in a week to avoid clogging of drain pipes and disposing the debris as directed.
25e) Providing approved liquid soaps (Dettol / Lifebuoy) for hand wash in the existing containers on all the wash basins in toilets (8 Nos) and office rooms, approved anti bacteria agents (brisk / domex) for mopping floors and washing toilets, phenol, fresheners (odonil) in toilets, Tissue paper rolls for 5 EWC toilets, Room freshners at all toiletsetc.,( using of Acidis prohibited ) The cost includes all the labour, taxes, tools and materials including vaccum cleaner for the above said operations all as per specification. NOTE : Not less than2 Persons required for full day. (ii) Rate may be quotedas,per day basis considering all the operations mentioned above.
26NOTE :In general for all the schedule of items the required tools such as Broom/Moping sticks, buckets, vaccum cleaners, Scrubber, Dust holder pans, Dustbins at rooms etc., including uniform/over coats for the employees shall be provided by the agency.
27GENERAL NOTES 1. The workers should have experience in cosmetic maintenance to perform their duties satisfactorily. They should be skilled, trained, strong, healthy and medically fit, alert, polite, courteous and able to perform their duties diligently. The said workers should be properly dressed and disciplined. Any discourteous behaviour on their part may lead to termination of the contract. 2. The contractor’s workers shall finish the cleaning of toilets & office rooms, by 9.00 a.m. and there after the work in common areas and Residential quarters may be taken up. The details of Toilest are given in Annexure-A 3.The rates quoted shall include cost of all tools and tackles, manpower including wages andGST etc. as applicable but exclusive of EPF and ESI. EPF and ESI are reimbursable as per relevant clause on production of proof of payment as per CPWD norms. 4. The contractor shall provide Uniforms to his workers having name of Contractor with address and telephone number. All the workers must wear uniform while on duty. 5. In the course of their activities, the workers shall not spoil the cleanliness / tidiness of the complex in any manner whatsoever. They shall not disturb / cause inconvenience to the officials, any third party or their property in any case. 6. If performance of the contractor is found unsatisfactory , the department reserves the right to terminate his Contract at anytime during the contract period by giving one month notice. 7.No employee of the contractorshall be allowed to stay in the premises beyond the authorised working hours. 8. No work shall be carried out on Saturdays and Sundays and Government holidays without any prior permission from the concerned authority. 9. The Contractor shall adhere to the provisions of applicable labour laws such as Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Employees State Insurance Act, Equal Remuneration Act, 1970 and rules made there under.
2810. The Contractor shall, at his own expense, arrange to take and maintain till the end of the contract period, in the name of Contractor, an Insurance Policy towards Workmen’s Compensation from any subsidiary of General Insurance Corporation for any bodily injury and/or death etc. of the persons engaged for the maintenance work 11. The Contractor, on the request of the Department, shall immediately dismiss from the work any of the Contractor’s workers or any person/s engaged by them to carry out the above jobs, who, in the opinion of this department may be unsuitable or incompetent for the work entrusted. Further if any of the workers/ gardeners commits any misconduct, such person/s shall not be employed again by the Contractor without the permission of the dept. Suitable replacement to be made immediately. 12. The Contractor shall not engage any person with a criminal record / conviction and shall bar any such person from participating directly or indirectly in rendering the services under this agreement. 13. The Contractor shall submit the Police verification certificate, photographs, names, addresses, phone numbers/contact numbers of the persons deployed to work in the Cosmetic maintenance. The contractor’s employees shall be liable to be checked by the departmental Security Force and shall have to strictly observe the directions relating to cleanliness, wearing of identification badges etc. all as per departmental security regulations. 14. The department shall not accept any claim in the event of any worker sustaining any injury, damage or loss to either person or property either inside or outside AMD premises. If any person engaged by contractor is injured or rendered partially / permanently disabled / indisposed due to any reason such as disease, accident, fire, snake bite or any kind of bite by pests /reptiles etc. during the working hours, it shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor to take care of them and to pay necessary compensation in respect of such personnel as per relevant labour laws including all medical expenses, legal expenses etc. and AMD does not hold any responsibility in this regard whatso ever.
2915. The tenderers are advised to inspect the premises where the services are required to be offered to carry out the cosmetic maintenance, and understand & assess the quantum of work thoroughly before quoting their rates and submission of tender. The tenderer shall quote after taking into account, the number of floors, rooms, cabins, approved common areas, surrounding areas, roads of the building etc. 16. The Agreement shall be for a period of 1 (one)year from date of issue of work order unless terminated earlier, which can be renewed, if the department desires so, for a further period of 1 year on the same terms and conditions, subject to satisfactory performance during the contractual period. 17. The rates quoted shall be firm throughout the currency of contract. No price escalation forlabour and materials or any other function related to maintenance shall be allowed under any circumstances. 18. The rates quoted by the contractor should be inclusive of all types of materials required to carry out the complete sweeping and cleaning Job including equipment such asbuckets, plastic drums, moppers, brooms (soft & hard), ropes, dusters, safety masks, hand glouses etc. required for the cosmetic maintenance. 19. The contractor shall be liable to pay the cost of any fittings or fixtures damaged by their workmen while executing the work. 20. One Supervisor having knowledge in Cosmetic maintenance shall be deployed daily by the contractor to supervise the work and report to Officer-in-Charge in the morning. He shall maintain the account of daily labour and cosmetic materials used and the register shall be kept ready at any time for verification by the Officer-in-Charge. 21. The contractor is required to pay his employees / labour as per the prevailing minimum wages approved by State/ Central Govt. The Officer In –Charge or his representative will witness the payment of contractor’s labour and is required to certify that the contractor does not pay less than the minimum wages approved. Payment to the contractor will be released only on such certification from Officer In –Charge. The contractor shall maintain 1. Register of Workmen employed 2. Muster roll 3. Register of wages etc.
3022. Penal recovery for not carrying out work shall be done at the quoted rate for each item of work. Decision of Officer-in-Charge shall be final. 23. The tenderer shall bring and hand over the materials required as given in Annexure-B for a month as given in the schedule in one month advance. The Officer In - Charge for this work shall issue the materials on Operation to Operation basis. 24. Water charges @1% and TDS under GST @2% will be deducted from bills. 25. Minimum Unskilled workers to be engaged daily are 12.If the deployed number of labours are less than requirement on any Operation, deduction of wages as per latest wages mentioned by the Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India for the reduced labours shall be made from the bill of the contractor.
