    Bids Are invited for HescoBasket - Portable collapsible protective wall baskets Galvavized welded mesh frame (2 cells per set) of size 1.22 x0.61x0.75m (Length 4 feet, Width 2 feet and Height 2.5 feet). (As per Drg attached) . Mesh will be made of 4 mm dia Hot dip galvanized Low carbon steel wire conforms to BS 1052.145 GSM Alu-zinc coated primer quality raw material confirming to BS/EN 10244-2. Wire Tensile 540-770 N/MM2. 100% defect free. Basket Frame Mesh size is 76.5 mm x 76.5 mm. Mesh Tensile 70% of wire tensile. Mesh frame edge will be spiral hinged through 20 mm dia spiral made of 4 mm dia galvanized stretchable wire for joining to ensure easy folding and unfolding and 2feet in length after folding .Tolerance panel +1 mm in length. Elongation approx 5%. Weight of baskets shall be not less than 12.00 kg/set. 8 Nos high tensile stiffening will be provided with each cage. The cage box will have inner lining of non woven geotextile khaki colour.The geotextile will be 3 mm thick with 300 GSM in heavy duty non woven polypropylene of Make : Hesco/ Star/A-1 Fence or Equivalent (For Rajouri) Total Quantity : 1
