Providing and fitting of vacuum system to be installed in central suction room for catering to suction requirements of 125 ICU beds in ICU ward of DRDO COVID Hospital by way of supply, installation, testing and commissioning of vacuum pumps 4 nos (2 working and 2 standby both with auto cascading) of capacity 150 CFM per minute with vacuum 684mm of Hg of double stage, air cooled splash lubricated, base plate mounted reciprocating type with suitable electric motors. Also vacuum pumps shall be provided with interconnecting copper piping, non return valves and vacuum gauges of required size with silencer and two bacteria and two line filters(one working and one standby for both bacteria and line filters). The job includes p/f of vacuum tank of capacity 3000 ltrs/1500 ltrs(2 nos) made ofmild steel designed to comply with 5109 class 111, the internal of tank shall be epoxy lined. The job also involves making of concrete foundation for vacuum pumps and vacuum tank. The vacuum system should have a pressure switch to cut it at 650mm of Hg and all other work to complete the vacuum system. The job includes providing/fitting of separate bypass for each filter line. The Job also includes earthing of the machinery and interconnection with the pipeline of 76mm dia including electrical connection from the Lt sub station to the Lt control panel, fromLt control panelto two nos. auto cascading panels for sequencing. The vacuum system should be mounted on a rigid channel frame with inbuilt vibration pads/damping pads so as to prevent the vibration from machine to civil structure. The job also includes cost of material, labour charges of installation, transportation charges of material to site, tools and tackles charges, all unforeseen items/job required for the completion of job and all kinds of taxes thereof.
