5Supply only the following spares/parts/acessories of rolling shutter(s) complete all as specified.: -
6Curtain iterlocking curls 75-85 mm wide (each strip) made to shape from 1 mm thick mild steel sheet.
740mm bore medium grade mild steel pipe made to shape & size as rolling shaft
825mm bore medium grade mild steel pipe made to shape & size to operate the gear box system by crank handle.
9Lock plate of mild steel flat or angle iron as required at site.
10Guide chennel 3.15 mm thick mild steel sheet made with 75mm depth including necessary hold fasts.
11Hood cover, 1mm thick mild steel sheet made to shape.
12Ball bearing of suitable size and description.
13Bevel gear box and crank handle.
14MS base wheel of dia 200mm and depth 60mm along with 2 Nos ball bearings and central pin on each wheel for hanger/BP door.
15Mild steel top guide roller of dia 100mm and thickness 75mm, fabricated with nuts and bolts alongwith ball bearing and pin on each roller/pully for hanger/BP doors.
16NOTE:- Spares/acessories shall be all as per sample kept at the office ofEngineer-in-Charge.
17Lifting up carefully by mechanical means steel hanger/blast pen door leaf of size area n. exc. 40 Sq.m each, inspecting the parts/members of doors, incl. repairs, welding as required, removing unserviceable members, unserviceable CGI sheets, unserviceable pully/base wheels/top rollers/ nut bolts etc. and fixing only new parts/members as mentioned here in before, fixing steel door back in same positionafter proper servicing & greasing for smooth noise-less movement/operation of doors complete all as specified. NOTE: Supply only spare parts to replace unserviceable members, nuts, bolts,wheels,rollers etc. shall be measured and paid separately.
18Easing, adjusting,cleaning of rails, greasing of base wheels and top guide wheel of hanger/ BP door leaf having area not less than 40 Sq.m each and height notexc. 10 metre incl. minor repairs, welding, adusting base wheels and top rollers etc. to make the sliding door leaf noise-less smooth operation, complete.
19Steel rolling shutter (curtainmade of 1mm thick mild steel sheet) with ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple, guide chennels, strike plate etcand one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated push pull or manual type, thickness of laths 1mm, including taking down carefully existing old rolling shutter complete all as specified of size/area: -

22Steel rolling shutter, gear operated type with bevel gear boxand crank hanle (curtainmade of 1mm thick mild steel sheet) with ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple, guide chennels, strike plate etcand one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated push pull or manual type, thickness of laths 1mm, including taking down carefully existing old rolling shutter complete all as specified of size/area exceeding 6 Sq.m each shutter.
23Welding in repairs exc. 2.5cm but n.exc. 5cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded exc. 6mm but n. exc. 9mmsheets/ plates/any other steel members, incl. cleaning and preparing the surfaces while welding, and bevelling of edges as required complete all as specified.
24Framed mild steel workas in framed work such as doors, gates or frame for cooler stand with gusset plates, rails, braces etc, drilled for fixing of sheeting or other covering of door etc, to be prepared for hanging or sliding etc including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging and fixing similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.
25Anti-bird net of polyester wooven of aperture size 20mm x 20mm x 2 mm thread (Garpil) at a height of 10 metre IN REPAIR, complete all as specified.
26Rough cast wired glass 6mm thick and glazing with oil putty/bead area not exc.1.00 sqm each including taking out old broken glass complete all as specified.
27NOTE FOR SERIAL ITEM NO. 8 TO 10: - The work is required for tech building of height upto 10 m. As such, Contractor will arrange suitable safety precaution for the labour at his endand cost of the same deemed to be included in rates quoted by the contractor.
28Mild steel screw bolts ( Machine made ) 5 to 10mm dia of neck with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts exc 5 cm but not exc 15 cm long fixed complete all as specified.
29Cement Concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as sub base etc complete all as specified.

33Galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63mm thickwith two corrugations side lap fixed with galvanised mild steel L / J type hook including washer etc as in roofs, walls, gates cladding of hanger / BPswith grade of zinc coating 275 etc. IN REPAIR complete all as specified.
3475 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring / hardstanding etc. complete all as specified.
3540mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor,finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified.
36Glass dividing strips 38mmx3mmas in floors complete all as specified.
37Rendering 15mm thick on other thanfair face of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) finishedeven and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

39Preparing newly plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete, all as specified.

41Prepration of new plastered wall surfaces complete all as specified and applying the following: - (a) Applying wall care putty, in two coatson wall surfaces & smoothening the surfaces with sand papers/ mechanized sanding etc., (preparatory to paint as directed), complete all as specified. (b) Two coats of acrylic distemper/distemper oil emulsion (OBD) over and including a coat of acrylic emulsion primer, complete all as specified.
42Prepration of new plastered wall surfaces complete all as specified and applying the following: - (a) Applying wall care putty, in two coatson wall surfaces & smoothening the surfaces with sand papers/ mechanized sanding etc., (preparatory to paint as directed), complete all as specified. (b)Two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion over a coat of exterior (water based) primer in disruptive/camouflaging pattern of four shades, for height not exceeding 8.50 metre, over and including a coat of water based primer, complete all as specified.
43NOTES APPLICABLE TO SRL ITEM 26 HERE-IN-ABOVE: (i)RGB value of four shades of disruptive/camouflaging pattern shall be all as shown on Drg No. GE/SK-1/19 sheet 1/2 & 2/2 available with Engineer-in-Charge. (ii)Preparation of surfaces shall be done with mechanised sander having suction vacuum bag using smart periodical methodology to the entire satisfation of Engineer-in-Charge and all as specified in relevent clause of MES Schedule. (iii) For performance guarantee of exterior acrylic emulsion refer PS clause 15.7 here-in-after.
44Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over over old steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth, over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation ofnew surfaces complete all as specified.
45Rough excavation over existing filling material (mixture of local sand and saw dust filled alongside firing range wall) not exceeding 5 metre height from base and disposal of the same upto 50 metre lead at workable location, cleaning the excavated admixture with sieve(s) of size as directed to make the existing mixure free from all vegitation material like bushes, grass, plants and the like including metal pieces and pebbles etc. and transporting the same to originl locations for making embankments complete. NOTE: Contractor may use mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) for this item with prior written approval of Engineer-in-Charge.
46Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) using cleaned mixture of sand & saw dust and finishing to required size, shape as directed for height : -
47Not exceeding 1.5 metre high from base
48Exceeding 1.5 metre but not exceeding 3 metre high from base
49Exceeding 3 metre but not exceeding 4.5 metre high from base
50NOTE: Cleaned mixure of local sand & saw dust obtained under serial item No. 29 here-in-before shall be used under this item.
51Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) using mixture of local sand & fresh saw dust in equal proportion and finishing to required size, shape as directed for height : -

55Making mixture of local sand & saw dust in equal proportions and filling the same in jute bags of capacity not less than 50 kg/each, stiching the open end of bags with stiching machine and stacking the same upto 4.5 metre height in the pattern & location as directed, as safety measures for firing range, complete.
56NOTE FOR SERIAL ITEM 31 & 32: (i) Fresh saw dustand local sandforthis item shall be approved by GEbefore mixing fr making embankments. Source of local sand shall be as mentioned in Appendix "A". (ii) Cost of empty jute bag(s) is included in the rate quoted by contractor against serial item 32 here-in-above.
57Dismantling structural steel works or of any description / type including doors, gates etc complete all as specified.
58Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified.
59Demolition of plain Cement Concrete in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thick (below or above) ground level complete all as specified.
60Demolition ofstone / boulder, brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc all as specified.
61Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete surfaces etcincluding raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.
62Notes:Amount ofcredit for retrieved materials is mentionedintender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
