Image resolution of 4.2 Megapixels 8-48 mm 6X zoom lens with real time preview, lens with zoom in and out option for different gel sizes Imaging area should be minimum of 20 x25 cm Software should have continuous background reduction capacity with just a single toolbar for image enhancement Should come with inbuilt UV transilluminator of 306 nm with wide open door for easy placing of gels with glass surface area of 21x 26 cm UV transilluminator should automatically switch off after 90-120 seconds UV transilluminator should also come with a security switch which prevents the user exposure User should have option to select the suitable mathematical equation, such as linear curve, logarithmic curve, Lagrange curve, cubic splines etc., for quantification and qualitative calculations. Analysis software should be able to calculate MW, Volume, etc with option to install software in multiple computer.
