Contractors should arrange Boomlift/Crane and takes all safety precautions for workers at the time of carrying out works asdescribed in sch \"A\"/ BOQ.(iv) Contractor should visit the site before quoting the tender to assess the resources required to execute the work as the site include prestigeous buildings of INA.(v) Cost of all factors is deemed to be included in the rate quoted in BOQ. No extra claim will be entertained on this account. |

| 8 | M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 9 | M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel/iron surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 10 | Laying and pasting of bituminous strip of width 10 cm of make 3M, BASF, Dr.Fixit, Forsroc or equivalent on joints of galvalume sheet & RCC surfaces including cleaning of existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 11 | Dismantling of existing sadarahalli stone including nut and bolts of any thickness on vertical cladding at any height(nearly 40 Meter)by BOOM LIFT or CRANE complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-Charge. |
| 12 | S&F 20 to 25 mm flame finished sadarahalli machine cut stone cladding laid dry fixed with stainless steel clamp and anchor fasteners and headless bolts on vertical surface of wall and column etc at any height (nearly 40 Meter) by BOOM LIFT or CRANE complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-charge by the following method:-a) Make suitable depression (approx. 5mm width and 25 mm depth on vertical face of stone to fix the clamp)b) Make suitable drill hole to the surface of stone and wall/column to fix anchor fasteners.c) Make good the surface of drilled portion (where headless bolts are inserted) using universal surface filler(supertak or equivalent)Note:- Supply only Hilti make anchor fasteners and clamps and headless bolts shall be measured and paid separately. |

| 15 | M&L for sealing all the joints in sadarahalli stone with PU sealant of Make : Forsroc, McCoy Soudal or equivalent including cleaning of existing surfaces at any height(nearly 30 Meter) by BOOM LIFT or CRANE complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-charge. |
| 16 | M&L for sealing of screw holes in roofing sheets with PU sealant of Make : Forsroc, McCoy Soudal or equivalent including cleaning of existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 17 | M&L for sealant filling to window/door frame and the work shall include the following:- (a)Cleaning existing treatment like cement mortar and sealent filled between window / door frame and the masonry walls to be completely removed and all the loose adhered particles shall cleaned using air blowers and allowed it to dry. (b) The sealent filling shall be flexible with one part low modulus gun grade elastomeric Polyurethane sealent Nitroseal PU 40 of Fosroc of BASF or Sika of pidilite or approved equivalent to the joints size max of 10 mm width X 10 mm depth. The cured sealent shall have the prperties of MAF 25%, UV Resistance, and service temperature range -40 Degree Centigarde to 70 Degree Centigrade, NitosealPU 40 confirms to the standatad compliance of ISO11600:2002 Type F 25 LM, ASTMC920-95 Type S,Grade NS,Class 25.The rate quoted shall include all material, surface preparation, tools, BOOM LIFT/ CRANE, safety measures for labourers etc complete all as per Manufactures specification. |
