Loading, unloading, staking and transportation charges etc shall be included in the qouted rate.(b)The work shall be executed on slope roof/flat roof upto a height of 12m.(c)Old serviceable MP roof tiles & ridge tiles obtained from item No. 01 shall be re-fixed at any other buildings roof upto a distance 5 Km. Therate quoted shall be deemed to be included all elements for the same including transportation. |
