| 1 | REMUNERATION/CONSULTANCY FEE Scope of Work: The employer would furnish the requirements and area schedule for various functions to the consultant, the consultant shall, there upon, render the following services: A) The Architect/consultant shall visit the site of IMMT premises and make suitable arrangement for preparing layout plan of buildings as per requirement with elevations, sections of the buildings and certify the structural design what so ever required for obtaining BDA/BMC approval. B) After preparing the requisite documents for obtaining BDA/BMC approval, the documents will be placed before the Competent Authority of IMMT for approval. After doing so, the architect/consultant will deposit the document to BDA/BMC for further processing, it is the duty of the architect/consultant to deposit all the sorts of the document required by BDA/BMC within stipulated time period. If any query comes from BDA/BMC, the architect will prepare replies on approval of IMMT. However, any statutory charges claimed by BDA/BMC will be borne by IMMT. For obtaining BDA/BMC approval, if municipal approval, firefighting clearance and pollution clearance or any other statutory approval are required the concerned architect/consultant will do the same. The architect/consultant shall carry out necessary follow up & liaison with BDA/BMC till approval is granted. C) After obtaining the approval of BDA/BMC, it is said to be completion of the work. The concerned architect/consultant should handover these approval to IMMT. The fees shall be included all taxes applicable (GST and 1% labour cess). However the statutory charges claimed by BDA/BMC shall be borne by CSIR-IMMT, Bhubaneswar. (Measurement shall be taken as per the area in sqm approved by BDA/BMC) |
