8Uncoiling, paving out, stringing and fixing of bus bar using ACSR Kundah / Moose Double conductor for one phase of 220KV bus of span above 35 m by cutting the conductor to sufficient length, crimping using compressor / bolting the four ends, washing, cleaning and drying the insulator discs, fixing the conductors to the 220kV yard structure with sufficient tension using string of double/single tension insulators and hardware"s complete. at four ends, fixing of arcing hornesat both ends, fixing of spacers between two conductors at regular intervals as specified by the dept. staff at site, including transportation of materials from the stockyard to the site under the supervision and direction of department staff at site.(All materials will be supplied departmentally at free of cost).
