Bids Are invited for Display CPU Upgradation - There is one Interactive touch screen 4K display of 86 inches size already installed (Make: Globus, Model: Impact i86 V4) with external mini PC (config: 8th Gen i3, 4GB RAM, 1TB HDD). This CPU unit of the displayshould be upgraded to work seamlessly as a standalone unit for teleconferencing; should have 11th generation i5 processor with 16gb RAM (or better) 1TB (or more) HDD, 256 GB SSD (or more); Should support 4K video output, should be wifi enabled, should be provided with wireless mouse and keyboard, should have at least 3 X USB A, 1 X USB C, 1 X VGA, LAN inputs, and 2 X HDMI outputs, audio line in, mic in, stereo out , Video Controller/ Switcher - should have minimum 8 inputs (4 X HDMI, 2 X VGA, 2 X Displayport 1.2) (or more) and minimum 2 outputs (2 X HDMI) (or better) , Wall Mounted Panoramic Camera - Resolution – Panoramic (180 degree) 4K @ 30 fps; Should have multiple cameras with dynamic real-time stitching technology for seamless viewing; Should have USB 3.0 and/or HDMI interface; FOV – Horizontal 180o/ Vertical 54o (or better); Should have built in twin microphones; Should have electronic PTZ facility; Should be compatible with teleconferencing softwares like Zoom, Cisco webex, Microsoft Teams, Google hangouts (or better) , Smart Speaker System - Should be able to be used as teleconferencing speaker cum microphone system with multi-microphone array and full-duplex audio capable of wider voice pickup and integration with the display system (wired & wirelessly) for room size ~40 sq.m; should be echo free, noise less and distortion free , Lockable Cabinet - All the wirings, base units, receivers and wireless equipment should be housed in a Compact lockable cabinet with translucent doors to keep the area clutter free.
