Day to day cleaning and up keeping of AC canteen building and premises at gevra project including moping of floors, door windows,cleaning of toilets and sanitary appliances, brooming of premises, grass cleaning in the premises, watering of plants and other miscellaneous works including cost of phenyl, harpic, nepthaplene balls, detergents, acids,odonil etc., complete as per requirement and as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge, by deploying minimum 01 no. unskilled labour and 01 no. sweeper on daily basis. If contractor/agency failed to provide reqd. no of manpower in any day as per contract, recovery/ deduction @double the unit rate of labour derived as per analysis/ justified rate or awarded rate whichever is higher shall be made from the contractor bill.
