2Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) in roof, floors (other than ground floors) etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
3PCC 1:2:4 40 mm thicktype B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base , surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
4Rendering of 10mm thickin CM 1:4 over concrete surface on top of roof finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound pidilite proof LW @ 200ml per 50Kg cement as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).
5Supply only liquid water proofing compound pidilite LW complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
6Taking down cementplaster of any description on brick or stone walls, including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scubbing down with water etc and complete all specified and as directedby Eng.-in-charge.
7Rendering of 15mm thick in CM 1:4 over concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
8Water proofing treatment provided with polymeric water proofing membrane 3 mm,90 micron weighing not less than 3Kg/Sqm on prepared surfaces vertical/horizontal laid over a coat of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20Kg/Sqm, over a coat of bitumen primer 0.50Kg/Sqm one coat of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20Kg/Sqm shall be provided over water proofing membrane as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
9Bringing good earth from outside Ministry of Defence (MoD) land and forming embankments with approved earth including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in 1st layer 25cm thick and 2nd layer 20cm over bird net and watering, compacting and finishing to required gradient/ shape on top of RCC Slab of blast pen complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Bird net shall be measured and paid separately)
10Bird control nets of polyolefin all weather proof co-polymer, machine knotting using CNC machine with DSLS technology for anti slip knotting, mesh size 20mmx20mm and diameter of twine 01mm with 2mm dia border rope including 2mm dia tie ropes braided/ standard rope of polyolefin coplymers at an interval of 10ft having length of 6ft including laying or fixing at any height / any location all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge
11Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directedby Engineer-in-Charge.
12Taking down carefully (copper/aluminium) point wiring for ceiling fan/light fitting in ceiling and refixing the same in any position including replacing damaged material and lowering/rising the rod of ceiling fan if required complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
13Taking down carefully switch boards of any size and any description and boxes of such types on wall and refixing at same place duly modification over PVC panelling including necessary screws, washers, replacement of damage switches etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
14Supply and fixing in position suspended false ceiling system using T Grid suspended ceiling Grid system.The size of Grid shall be 600x600mm with GI frame work main runner 38x24x3600mm, cross tee 25x24x600mm /25x24x1200mm and wall angle 24x24x2540mm (thickness of the material of 0.30mm). using 9mm thick ceiling panel laminated with PVC film on front face and foil bakc available in the drop texure as per IS-2095, part-I 1996, fixed in the grid of T-grid suspended ceiling grid system duly suspended by 4mm dia GI bar hanged from the purlins of the roof with butter fly clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
15Dismantling framed wooden trusses span n exc 10 m of any description and in any position complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
16Dismantling timber scantling in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc. under 40 Sqcm in section framed work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
17Supply and fixing of rolled MS section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe 410-W quality B complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
18Refixing and erection fixingold any thickness/size of rolled MS section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
19Refixingold any thickness/size of MS works as in wind tie for roof flat iron fillet for securing wire mesh etc and similar worksincluding drilling holes as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
20Dismantling AC corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in wall cladding or roof coverings including ridges and make good of aluminium earthing strips after fixing of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
21Dismantling GI/PPGI corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in wall cladding or roof coverings including ridges and make good of aluminium earthing strips after fixing of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
22Supplying and fixing in reapir0.63mm thick galvanised with grade of zinc coating 275gm/sqm mild steel sheeting (with grade of zinc coating 275 Gm/sqm) with two corrugation side lap fixed with L- type or cranked hook bolts and washer in roof, wall etc bent to curve complete all as specified and directed.
23Preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats sythetic enamel paint of camouflage pattern de-galvaning with one coat of"H" primer in four or more shades as directed by Engr-in-charge including necessary scaffolding and other safety arrangement to work at any height at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
24Refixingold any thickness Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note : Rate for formwork if required to be incl in the rate quoted by contractor.
50Supply and fixing for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flate sections) including distance pieces, cleats conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E 250) quality -B etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

54Taking down earthing arrester including strip and refixing same position after fixing of any type roof sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
