Providing, laying , spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate( size range 53mm to 0.075mm) to wet mix macadam specification) including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixing plant including carriage of mixed material by tippers to site, laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tone capacity to achieve the desired density. 75mm compacted thickness.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen including heating the bitumen with spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface to remove all dirt, dust, mud etc. fanning and brooming as per MORTH specification including cost of tar.

Providing and laying 50mm thick (Compacted) bituminous macadam in accordance with the MORTH specifications to specified lines, grades and cross sections adopting aggregate (maximum aggregate size 26.50mm) with binder (bitumen) content of @ 3.3% by weight of total mixIncluding hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting mixed material and laying with paver, finished to the required level and grade, rolling with vibratory roller to achieve the required compaction and density including preparing of surface by mechanical means including all costs and carriage of materials involved from source to site of work T.P & E, labor, octroi charges, taxes, fees, testing during execution for quality control, all leads and lifts complete including cost of tar.

Providing and laying of 40mm thick Dense Bituminous Concrete with bitumen @ 5.5% and filler (cement) @ 3% by weight of total mix on prepared surface with specified graded stone aggregate, hot mixing of bitumen with filler and stone aggregate in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver and laying the mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade and rolling with road roller as per MORTH specifications to achieve the desired density and compaction but excluding the cost of primer / tack coat including removal of existing semidense coat with mechanical scrapper (wherever required) including all carriages and cost ofmaterial, labour, testing during execution for quality control and T&P involved for completion of item of work.

Providing and applying2.5mm thick road markingstrips ( retro-reflective) of specified shade / colour using hot thermo platic material by fully /semi automatic thermo platic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe glass beads dispenser , propane tank heater and profile shoe heater , driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material , labour , T&P cleaning the road surface of all dirt , seals , oil grease and foreign material etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer in charge and accordance with applicable specification .
