5Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (one or more coats) and of required shade on old work to give an even shade.
6Painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture on New work (two or more coats)
7Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.

12Providing and fixing Vitrous China Wash basin 600x150mm, along with fitted drawers of pl board, good quality tap and all necessary accessaries/fittings complete.
13Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shades, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including routing of joints.Size of tile 600x600 mm
14Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes channels, plates etc, including welding ,grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete.
15Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary :Float glass panes of thickness 4.0 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

1817.11 Renovating lawns including weeding, cheeling the grass, forking the ground, top dressing with sludge or manure mixing the same with forked soil, watering and maintaining the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds & fit for mowing & disposal of rubbish as directed, including supplying good earth if needed but excluding the cost of sludge or manure (the good earth shall be paid separately.)
19Providing and fixing Wall mounted Slectric fan of blade size more than 200mm of good quality including making fixing sockets and wires for power supply at suitable spot make Havel"s, Anchor or Equivalent brand.
20Enagagement of carpentars for making opening for window from front side of VIP Hut and for removing of wooden railing from Balconies.

22Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply, including all CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes and fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
