( D ) All Other Notes Indicated In Sch A Shall Also Be Equaly Applicable To Thisitem. , Item No. 02 - Manning And Operation For Attending Electrical Breakdown Of Ht / Lt Overheads Lines, Under Ground Cables , Various Substation In Three Shifts Per Day ( Round The Clock ) For 08 Hrs Each Seven Day A Week, Comprising Of Checking, Testing And Taking Out, Replacing Of Off Sizes Insulators, Fuses, Acsr, Restring Of Conductors, Mcb, Mccb, Switch Fuse Disconnector Etc. All As Required At Site With One Electrician ( Skilled ) And Two Helper ( Semi-Skilled ) Per Shift Complete All As Directed Note:- ( I ) Contractor Shall Provide The Requiste To And Their Operators For Attending Complaints At His Own End ( Ii ) Material Required In Replacement Of Defective / Fixtures Etc Shall Be Measured And Paid For Separately As Supply Only As Indicated Here-In- After ( Iii ) Department / Mes Shall Issue The Fittings / Fixtures / Material Free For Fixing For Attending The Complaints Where Material To Be Replaced ( Iv ) Material Equipment Through Retrived During Repair / Replacement Shall Be The Contractor Property Which Are Considered In Schedule Of Credit But Than Item Catered In Sch Of Credit, Such Old Material Shall Be Returned By The Contractor In The Age E / M Store Yard Being Govt Property. ( V ) After Attending The Particular Complaint Contractor Man Power Shall Report To Je Concern To Submit The Compliance Report Regarding Satisfactory Attending The Complaints. , Item No. 03 - Outsourcing For Attending Day To Day Maintenance Of Internal Electric Breakdown As Light , Fan, Switches, Sockets Points Etc. At Smq , Omq And Tech Area Of Air Force Stn In One Shift For 08 Hrs Each For 06 Days In A Week With Threeelectrician And Three Unskilledper Shiftscomprising Of Checking, Testing, Taking Out And Replaceing Of Switches, Sockets, Light Fittings, Starter, Choke, Lamp Holder, Mcbs, Isolator, Dbs & Damaged Wiring Etc. Andmaking Serviceable All As Directed .Note:- ( I ) Fittings And Fixtures Shall Be Measured And Paid For Separately ( Ii ) Electric Fittings / Fixtures Shall Also Be Issued By The Department For Replacement Of Diffectives / Fittings Free For Fixing. ( Iii ) Any Type Of Complaints Related To Internal Electrification Shall Be Attended Of Againsted Of This Item ( Iv ) Immediately On Report Of Complaint, Trade Man And Helper Shall Proceed To Attend The Complaints After Attending The Complaints, User Completion Report Shall Be Submitted To Je Concern.
