The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30 m. direction as directed by the Engineer-in-charge(S.I. N0- 253a) 2 Providing, laying , spreading and compacting 45-63 stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying brooming stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical specification clause 405. 3 Providing, laying , spreading and compacting 22.4-53 mm stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying brooming stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical specification clause 405. 4 Brick edging on both side of road with M-150 class bricks on edge 3” wide and 4-1/2” deep laid with mud mortar finished to the required temples in [roper alignment & also dressing the excavated earth and diredted by Engineer- in- charge.As per Analysis 5 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10at the rate of @ 0.35 Kg on prepared bituminous. surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical specification clause.503 6 Providing and laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either type A or type B or type C as per Technical specification clause 508. 7 Providing and applying sealcoat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified level grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification clause 510 8 Providing and fixing of reflective sign board with 1.6 mm thick m.s.sheet coverd with 50x50x6 mm angle iron around the plate on M.S pole 100 mm dia with wall thickness of 7.10 mm weight 20 kg per meter and painting & writting latter of bord as per drawing. 9 M-150 class brick work in 1:3 cement &coarse sand Mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material labour, tools and plants required for proper completion of work. 10 Concrete with 4 cm. gauge brick ballast fine sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement in proportion 12:6:1 in foundation and under floors. Including supply of all material labour,tools and plants required for proper completion of work . 11 12 mm thick cement plaster single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering including supply of all materials, labour tools and plants required for proper completion of work with 1:3 cement and coarse sand. 12 C.C work with cement approval coarse sand and 2 cm gauge stone grit in proportion of 1:2:4 in slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and blinding the soil with 24 B.W.G.G.I binding wire and necessary centering and shuttering and supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. Required for proper completion of work .
