| 1 | Providing, installation testing and commissioning of VRV/VRF outdoor units (hot and cold) complete with all accessories like compressors, condenser coil, PCB, fan etc and fixtures for resting of the outdoor units. The outdoor units combination shall be provided with individual remote control alongwith centrally controlled remote controller having touch screen panel capable fo monitoring operation of outdoor unitsm. The Hot an cold out door units combination shall have following specifications.14HPHeating capacity 45KW.Cooling capacity 40KW.The equipment design shall be compatible to maintain desired inside temperature of 240C+ 20C during winter session and 22.50C+ 20C during summer session. The job includes the providing and fixing of the refrigerant pipes/Drain pipes duly insulated with nitrile rubber (25mm thick) of requisite size and the control cabling from indoor to the out door units as per the site requirement. The job includes pressure testing of the refrigerant pipes after proper vacumization for a period of 24hrs and charging the machines with required quantity of refrigerant as per OEMs recommendation. The job also includes providing and fitting of any other equipment for successful commissioning also includes providing and fitting of any other equipment for successful commissioning of VRV machines. The outdoor units shall be provided with power scanner, L-shaped exhaust duct with bird screen and proper earthing as recommended by OEM. |

All the internal wiring used shall be of suitable rating for individual component of the panel.Aluminum bus bars, with requisite Amps, TPNs mounted on insulators. the bus bars shall be provided with heat shrinkable type PVC sleeves duly color coated.
