| 2 | Comprehensive preventive maintenance by technically qualified technician and rendering operationally 1 No x 200 CFM and 2 No x 225 CFM Air compressor including assemblies inspection to maintenance of nut, bolts, washer, split pins for proper tightness of V beltand safety including replacement of defective parts, and all other miscellaneous item & ensure safe operation of compressor. preventive maintenance of housing system assy comprising of inspection checking including topping of Gear box with water cool system. Cleaning up all greasy/clipping materials inspection servicing, setting and testing breaking limit system for its safe operation. Inspection, checking andsetting out. preventive maintenance of electrical control system comprising of following:-(a)Inspection checking decarbonising & tightning of electrical connection in total system including replacement of thimbles etc.(b)Inspection & checking of fuses, setting & tightning the same as per their capacity.(c)Inspection and setting of voltage system including replacement of fused indicating lamp etc.Notes:- (i) Spares for air compressor will be measured and paid seperately.(ii) Contractor will be carry out comprehensive maintenance once in a month and maintain the record of same.(iii) Contracor will ensure serviceability and safety of air compressor during his each visit by way of maintining job card duly signed by JE E/M, (iv) The contractor willalso send representative/Technician on call basis in case of any fault. Fault to be rectified within 8hrs of receipt of complaint failing which Rs 500/- per day will be deducted till rectification of defect.(v) Rates of all consumables such as lubricant, gear oil, nut bolt,split pins, bushes, gasket are deemed to be included in the rates. details of Qty : (a) No of compressor = 3 Nos (b) Comprehensive maint for 6 months = 3 x 6 = 18 |
