    Tender Details

    Attending Breakdowns Of Various 132 / 33 Kv Substation Under Etd-Iv, Varanasi. of interrupter in 33 KV CB pole by conducting following works:-(i) Opening of existing jumpers of damaged CB pole interrupter.(ii) Dismantling of damaged CB pole interrupter by opening of upper terminal plate of CB pole.(iii) Replacement of defective pole interrupter by new one, fixing of interconnecting rod and fixing of upper terminal plate and then checking the CB mechanism for proper operation.(iv) Shifting of all scrap/damaged part to store. 3 Replacement of defective/damaged 33 KV VCB pole by conducting following works:-(i) Opening of jumpers of defective/damaged pole by dismantling after detaching it from operating shaft of the CB.(ii) Shifting of the defective/damaged pole from switchyard to store and shifting of the new/good condition pole, from store to the site.(iii) Erection of the good condition dismantled/new pole and get it connected with CB operating shaft and then get jumpers connected to the pole.(iv) Shfiting of all scrap/damaged part to store. 4 Replacement of following equipment in case of damage as per instruction manual and technical specification including dismantling and shifting of damage equipement upto store, shifting of new equipement from store to working place, erction of equipment and other associated work involve for completing the work including all cost of men material and T&P. 5 145 KV instrument transformer (CTs, PTs,) 6 145 KV post insulator 7 120 KV lightning arrestor 8 36 KV 3 phase VCB 9 36 KV 1-phase CT/PT 10 30 KV 1-phase LA 11 33/22/18KV post insulator 12 Replacement of damaged control/power cable original position including taking out damaged cable form cable trench and shifting to store.
