    supply and fixing of chimney and other electrical accessories for the newly constructed electric crematorium at kumbarpalya hindu burial ground -MS Fabricated chimney for self supporting chimeny with base plate 1500 X 30 mm thickness, 12mm vertical ribs, 1500 X 25 mm top base plate, 1000mm dia, bottom, 600 mm dia, using 10mm sheet (total 12 mtrs), 8mm and 6mtrs, 6mm sheets 6 mtrs, 5mm sheet 6 mtrs with lightining arrestor, aviation light and earting with foundation bolts 50 X 2000mm - 16 nos. chimney top cover 4mm sheet fabrictaed cone type 800 mm dia. Chimney joint flange 8 nos. 16mm thickness 600 dia., chimney joint bolts 16 X 75mm dia -110 nos, chimney ladder fabricated by 30X30X6 mm angle and steps 25 X 25 X 6mm angle -100 feet, inspection opening door : 400 X 400 square with covering plate, chimney flat form : dia channel with all bolts and nuts including erection charges. ---- As Per KW1 bid document conditions , Scrubber Unite-SS Water scrubber with vertical venture arrangement with water inlet/outlet connections from furnace duct to chimney, SS exhast fan, water circulating system with water pump and pipe tees and water tank. Scrubber mounted on a platform made out of MS angle/channel support and sheets. SS sheet pipe connecting from smoke duct to scrubber/exhast fan/and chimney, 300mm dia. Pipes and venture system 500mm dia pipe, chimney connecting plpew 500mm dia.
