18Providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with APP modified bituminous membrane of weight not less than 3 kg per sq.m, including testing on completion, comprising the following:- (a) 10 mm thick rendering or screed bed or bedding layer in cement sand mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% bt weight of cement, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (b) One coat of Bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384-1965 @ 0.3 Kg per sqm. (c) Applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm confirming to IS-702-1998 for water proofing membrane. (d) Providing APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane 3mm thick, having weight not less than 3 kg per sq.m with 100 mm wide side or end lap and joint sealed with flamed torched pasted over full length. (e) Applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sq.m confirming to IS-702-1998 over water proofing membrane. (f) Spread coarse sand over entire bitumen surafce.
19Brick tiles, 40 mm thick, laid over and including provision of15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, joints shall be pointed with CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Providing and supplying rust inhibition coat system (in two coats) @ 1.50 kg /10 sq.mor as per manufacturers instructions to exposed reinforcement bars after cleaning and removing scales and rust, complete all as per manufacturers instructions. (c) Providing and applying a bond coat (epoxy based bonding material) @ 2.00 kg / 10sq.m or as per manufacturer instruction to all exposed concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.(d) Provision of rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete and applying latex polymer modified cement mortar in specified composition (i.e., cement 400 parts by weight, quartz sand 1600 parts by weight, polymer 60 parts by weight, water 120 parts by weight) to RCC surfaces duly treated as per steps mentioned, complete all as per manufactures instructions NOTE:- (i) Thickness of plaster varies from 15 to 20mm (ii) The quoted rate shall deemed to include the provison of nescessary scaffolding and form work. (iii) RCC surface repaired by manucturer / Company expert of FOSROC / RUSTONIL / TAPCRETE / TECHNO-PRECISION ENGINEERS
23Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar, superficial area not exceeding 150 sq.cm, complete all as specified and directed.
