| 22 | Notes forSection-II (Item No. 21.00) :-(i) The comprehensive maintenance shall be done through OEMs i.e.any one of M/s Altima / M/s A1 Fence / M/s Nemtek / M/s Static System.(ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per specified Performa given on page No 101 to 103fromrespective OEMs i.e.any one of M/s Altima / M/s A1 Fence / M/s Nemtek / M/s Static System within Twenty Eight days from date of Acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue of the contractors default.(iii) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the Agreement along with Tax Invoice will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC.No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement and Tax invoice.(iv)The above maintenance includes complete maintenance of existing equipment by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment. (v) The contract includes for repair, replacement of Network electrical power fence complete i.ewire, OFC cable, pole, software and hardware controller ,insulator, LCD monitoring display. (vi) Quality of spares: The equipment ( Network for electric power fence and controller device) parts replaced must be new and equivalent in performance of existing part.(vii) The above maintenance includes complete maintenance of existing electrical power fence system by regularly and systematically examiningas required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment.(viii) On each visit of the maintenance staff, a certificate to the effect will be co-signed by the user and Engineer-in-charge for verifying the visit.(ix) Minimum 2 visits will be comprised with a team of an Engineer and an electrician and a helper are allocated for each month, and other than these monthly2 extra visits (overall for one year) are allocated in case of emergency breakdowns. |

| 24 | Notes for Section-II (Item No. 23.00) :- (i) The Comprehensive maintenance in respect of IPBased Network CCTV camera under this contract shall be done through OEMs or anyauthorized dealers i.e. any one of M/s Mobotix / M/s Hikvision / M/s Panasonic / M/s Godrej /M/s Sony.(ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per specified Performa given on page No 101 to 103 fromrespective OEMs or anyauthorized dealers i.e. any one of M/s Mobotix / M/s Hikvision / M/s Panasonic / M/s Godrej /M/s Sony. within Twenty Eight days from date of Acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue of the contractors default. (v) Repair, maintenance of the total Hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting for CCTV i.e Camera Visibility Test, DVR / NVR Recording Test, DVR / NVR Settings,controller server,keypad, Verification, and Disk Error Check, LED display monitoring complete part of Network of CCTV camera . Replacement of CCTV parts, and some consumable items and the maximum repair to the defective component of CCTV camera and their part are covered under AMC. (vi)Minimum 2 visits will be comprise a team of technician are allocated for each month.(vii)In case of any technical snag, it should be attended within 24 hours and ensure attending the break down calls on urgent basis. (viii)The equipment likereplacement of CCTV Camera, NVR,VMS Software & hardwarecontroller, electrical control panel, LED TV, video wall, LAYER switches, Hard disk, UTP & OFC cable, MCBshall be paidseparately. |
| 25 | Notes forSection-II (Item No. 21.00 and 23.00) :- (viii) Contractor to note that monthly service will not be paid for the building undergoing special repairs/ unoccupied buildings and no penalty shall be imposed upon contractor, or all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.(ix) Contractor will prominently display his contact/ mobile number and OEM contact number and authorised dealer\"s number inside and outside the server room, Security Office as well as in the complaint cell of DCN Palam for call in emergency.(xii)The OEM will also detail one technician staff to inspect the equipment every week regarding functioning of the equipments or any other issues arising in the equipment. The details of technician shall be forwarded for approval before commencement of work.The problem noticed if any to be informed immediately to JE E/M / Engr-in-Charge. Incase no technician detailed Rs. 500/- per week per equipment will be deducted from conctractors dues. Technician should always carry service tools during site visit in every week. (xiii)Fortnightly maintenance check for respective equipment will be carried out by OEM ofelectric power fencing and from any authorised dealer of CCTV Cameras as per fortnightly maintenance check list mentioned in Particular Specification here-in-after. |
