Tender For Repairing / Replacing Of Fibrizer And Cane Levler Hubs- 1 Dismantling of old damaged Hubs from Fibrizer shaft and fitting new Cast Steel/Forge steel Hubs and matching new Hubs as per sample/Drawing. After fitting fibrizer shaft to be balanced dynamically. 2 Dismantling and fitting of Cane Leveler/Chopper Hubs and fitting of new supplied Cast Steel/Forged Steel Hardned Hubs and machined as per drawing/sample. After fitting Cane Leveler/Chopper to be balanced dynamically. 3 TRPF Roller Pinion Key way cutting at site. 4 New Cast Steel/Forged Steel Hubs duly machined as per sample. 5 Reclaiming of old mill Roller Head Stock and to seat at position after repair and leveling of damaged/weak foundation and alignment done as required with providing of new anchor Bolts. 6 Supply of Head Stock anchor Bolts, material, C-45. 7 Alignment of Head Stock of Mill No.2, 3 and 4.
