13Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
14Extra rate for using water proofing and plasticising admixture @ 0.2% by weight of cement (or at manufacturer"s specified rate) for concrete of various grades
15Taking out M.S. or W.I. Grills from wooden frame including cutting lugs from masonry wall and refitting the same and mending good damages after repairs. (Excluding the cost of necessary repair of damages) or doing any other necessary works.
16Supplying 1.5mm thick M.S. sheet fitted and fixed on one or both faces of M.S./ W.I. gate etc. with point welding at not more than 150mm apart complete in all respect as per design including cost of all labour and materials.
17Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter
18Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
19Removing old paint from blistered painted surface of steel or other metal by chipping including scraping and cleaning and exposing the original surface.
20Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)
21Applying priming coat:With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work (second coat)
22Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture
23Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty. Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight nor less than 10kg/sqm)
24Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding
25Cleaning and removing conservancy garbage mixed with rubbish & other filthy materials from the road side flank, drain and compound including cutting, loading, unloading to and from truck or cart by Mathor labour & removing the same to any distance.
26Pumping out water from ponds or tanks
27Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish as designated place with all leads & lifts outside the periphery of the area cleared as per direction of EIC.
