The Shelter Will Have The Following Specification 2. Size. 9.76m x 5.00m. 3. FOUNDATION FOR COLUMN . Footing of size as per drg to be constructed in PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) over 100 mm th PCC 1:5:10 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) by using form work , consisting of 04 Nos 16 mm dia 600mm long incl ‘L’ MS Bolt embedded in PCC , providing 8 mm thick MS plate of size 300mmx 300 mm to be fixed with Bolt as shown in drawing . 4. Flooring. 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate over 75 mm thick PCC (1:5:10) type E2 over 100 mm thick rammed stone boulder hardcore over rammed earth shall be provided 5. DPC. 40 mm thick damp proofing course (DPC) will be provided in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with water proofing compound (WPC) @3% weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions 6. Dwarf Wall. Plinth/Dwarf wall shall be of PCC brick masonry wall 230 mm thick and 450 mm high above GL and 150 mm deep below GL and 345mm thick 150mm deep below GL built in cement mortar 1:6 laid over lean concrete PCC (1:5:10) 100 mm thick. The pockets for PCC foundation block of column shall be left in plinth wall at column places. 7. Plinth protection. Plinth protection in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 of width 750 mm and thickness 75 mm over hard core 75mm thick consisting of stone aggregates 20mm over well compacted earth shall be provided all around the block. 8. Column (i) Main Column (C1) (08 Nos). The main column will be made out of RHS steel section of size 96 x 48 x 3.2 mm (ISI Marked) confirming to IS-4923 : 1997 amdt1 shall be 2.80 m in ht. Each column shall have base plate of size 300 x 300 x 8 mm with 4 holes of 18 mm dia for fixing 16 mm dia 600 mm long incl ‘L’ foundation bolts with nuts and top sole plate of size 150 x 150 x 8 mm with 04 predrilled holes of 12 mm dia for fixing with truss by using 10 mm dia bolt and nut 100 mm long. Make :- TATA / SAIL/ RINL/ JINDAL/ KAMDHENU ISPAT LTD / APOLLO STEEL/ PRAKASH/ SURYA (ii) Corner Column (04 Nos). (04 Nos) MS RHS columns confirming to IS4923:1997 grade YST-22 (ISI Markd). Columns shall be of cross sectional size 96mm x 48mm x 3.2mm. Two number of pipes will be welded in L-shape to make one column.
