PORTABLE OIL FILTERATION MACHINESpecification:1. The multi stage filtration unit shall be suitable for synthetic phosphate ester hydraulic fluid (EHCN) used for 500 mw turbine governing, consist of series of washable and disposable filter cartridges ,trolley mounted fitted with wheels for shifting the machine from one unit to another. The machine shall have capacity for reducing moisture level of oil, using vacuum dehydration technique. 2. The machine shall be capable of reducing particulate contamination level of fluid up to NAS-5 level and also reduce water content up to 500 mg/kg using vacuum dehydration technique. 3. Filtration unit shall have control system for automation of operation and adequate protection for safety of equipment/components and for preventing spillage of oil in case of trip out of the machine.

Integrated Electrostatic Liquid Cleaner (ELC) & LVDH oil purifier (Pumping capacity of approx. 20 LPM).Specification:1. The filtration unit shall be suitable for cleaning Servo Prime 46 / Servo Conval 46 / Servo system HLP 32 & shall come integrated with LVDH system for moisture removal. Complete system shall be mounted over trolley & fitted with wheels for shifting the machine from one area to another. 2.The machine shall be capable of reducing particulate contamination level of fluid up to NAS-6 or better and also reduce water content up to 100 mg/kg using vacuum dehydration technique.
