| 1 | Dismantling the pump & motor from the base frame job i/c opening/cutting of nut bolts and lifting the pump and motor from the base frame to ground level with the help of crane and manual labour. |
| 2 | Removing the existing coupling set from the pump and motor with the help of manual labour, Hammer, puller etc. |
| 3 | Supply of complete tyre coupling TC/J/022 or equivalent. Make:- Unique/Fenner/DJB approved. |
| 4 | Supply ofSparetyre TC/J/022 or equivalent Make:- Unique/Fenner/DJB approved. |
| 5 | Supply of coupling guards of suitable size made out of M.S sheet 3mm thick supporting flat iron strip complete with fixing legs arrangement. |
| 6 | Fixing of tyre coupling set on the pump & motor with key job i/c proper alignment of pump and motor, the base frame by replacement of nut bolts, testing, commissioning on No load & full load. |
| 7 | Removal of existing bearing from drive end and non drive end of motor of 315 kw /185Kw of TR6/TR5 type frame with suitable capacity bearing puller,tools, tackles and safety equipments as per site requirement |
| 8 | Removal of existing bearing from drive end and non drive end10 MGD /5MGD pumpwith suitable capacity bearing puller,tools,tackles and safety equipmentst as per site requirement |
