The depth of pile shall be measured from the bottom of foundation pit but not from N.G.L. or plinth level, i.e., depth of 2.00 mtr calculated from bottom of footing. The cost includes the dismantling of extra pile portion over and above the cut-off level. |

Test shall be carried as per IS code 2720 part 29 in any Govt. approved labs as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 10 | Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering& shuttering-All work up to plinth level : PCC 1:4:8 (40mm nominal size aggregates with 100% Robo sand / Manufacture Sand) including curing, leveling, consolidation etc. |
| 11 | Providing and laying M20 concrete (with 50% Robo sand / Manufacture sand and 50% river sand) in position excluding the cost of centering& shuttering for all works up to ground level. The cost includes the cost of mixing, placing, pumping, vibrating, consolidation, compaction, curing, etc. The grade of concrete shall be M20 design mix Ready-mix concrete (RMC). P.S:-Strict Quality of RMC: Slump Test of concrete is mandatory for every RMC vehicle before placing the concrete. In case of undesirable slump value is observed, Concrete is liable for rejection without any payment to contractor. Also, Cube tests shall be done as per IS code without fail. |
| 12 | Providing & fixing Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. | 15 | Providing & Plastering 20 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (with 100% river sand) and a top layer 8mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge. |
| 16 | Providing & Painting one coat of primer and two to three coats ACE painting including surface painting the cost includes cost of surface preparation, one coat primer, scaffolding tools, tackles etc at all heights & levels complete. |
| 17 | Providing & fixing of M.S doors made up of 3mm sheet and frame made up of ISMC 100, bracing with 40×40×6 angle and 3mm gusset plates at junction and corners. Cost also includes all fittingshandles, aldrop for locking, tower bolt, hinges, hold fast. It also includes cost of one coat red oxide & two coats of oil paint. (at all heights & levels and as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge) (as per drawing). Brands: Jindal/TATA/VSP/SAIL or any other brand approved by Engineer in charge. |
| 18 | Providing plinth protection with a bed of 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) using 20mm size HBG metal and on top of PCC, laid monolithically and finishing the top surface to required smoothness with cement punning and slopes including Grooves, thread lining as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including cost and conveyance of all materials to site incidental and labour charges like mixing of cement concrete, laying, curing, lift charges etc., complete including cost of CC bed for finished item of work. |
| 19 | Labour charges for fixing PEB M.S bolts & Templates supplied by PEB Supplier as per the drawing given by PEB supplier the responsibility of civil contractor has to handover the Embedded bolts to PEB erection party. Use of theodolite, auto level, dumpy level, piano wires is preferred, high accuracy in job to be maintained in level, alignment. |
| 20 | Providing & laying 20mm thick ironite floor over 32mm with M20 concrete paid separately and top 20mm wear coat with ironite powder and concrete of M20 grade with chips of 12.5mm down size including panel making and curing by ponding etc and filling with polysulphide chemical after groove cutting as per I.S. Standard through vacuum dewatered flooring. |
| 21 | Providing and fixing in position powder coated aluminum sliding fully glazed windows of approved colour using Aluminum 3 track box section frame with top and vertical sides and for frame bottom using sliding shutters made out of aluminum sections, inside the hsection for top and bottom and plain section for ends including making window weathering seal proof and mounted in fiber wheels 2 nos for each shutter and fixed 5 mm thick plain float glass 1st quality with necessary PVC rubber beading all-round including providing 2 nos maruti lock cleat for window with 7.5mm thick aluminum grill as approved by the department @ 3.58/kg/m2 including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges for making, erecting in position etc., gaps between wall and Al frame shall be closed with white cement, where ever required complete, including aluminum safety grill.
