4Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
5Providing work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete complete and plain concrete work including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
6a) Foundation footings, bases of column etc. and mass concrete.
7b) Beams, cantilever, girders and lintel : Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, girders bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metre in depth.
8c) Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs landing and the like Floor etc. upto 200mm in thickness.
9d) Stair cases with sloping or stepped soffits including risers and stringers excluding landings.

15Applying a coat of hot bitumen (maxphalt 80/100) or equivalent using 1.70 kg. per square metre on damp course after cleaning the surface with piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
16Providing and laying cement concrete work with concrete mixer and vibrator mix 1:1.5:3 (one cement one and half sand: three graded stone aggregate crushed aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

46Providing and fixing factory made uPVC door frame made of uPVC extruded sections having an overall dimension as below (tolerance ±1mm), with wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm), corners of the door frame to be Jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joints mitred and Plastic welded.
