Dismantling of existing system, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Auto drainage water level monitoring and pump controlling with star delta starter panels at Upper Kaneri Dam, Kumbarawada To Design, Engineering, Manufacture, Quality Surveillance, Testing At Works, Packing, Arranging Transit Insurance, Transportation & Delivery At Site ( For Site ) , Dismantling Of Existing Panels , Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of New Drainage Starter Panels Along With Associated Works Required For Uk Dam Site Of Kpcl. 2. Now It Is Intended To Replace The Existing Conventional Drainage Water Level System By Auto Drainage Water Level Monitoring Through Pump Controlling With Star Delta Starter Panel 3. The Work Includes Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Radar Level Transmitter With Controller Of Latest Technology. 4.Unpacking And Installation Of Star Delta Starter And Radar Level Transmitter With Controller Panels As Per Scheme & Input And Output Cable Termination Shall Be As Per Site Requirement. The Panels Shall Be Free Standing Type And Shall Be Mounted On Necessary Metal Stand. 5.The Starter Panel Shall Be Enclosed In A Sheet Steel Enclosure Made Of Crca Sheet Steel, Dust And Vermin Proof, Floor Mounted Type With Ventilating Louvers With Fine Wire Copper Mesh. The Panels Shall Be Suitable For Indoor Installation In A Clean But Hot And Humid Tropical Atmosphere. Removable Gland Plates For All Cables And Lugs For Power Cables Shall Be Within The Scope Of Contractor. 6. 10% Spares Like Mccb, Timer, Contractors, Motor On / Off Indicator, Start / Stop Push Buttons, Mains Supply On / Off Selector Switch, Auto / Manual / Local / Remote Selector Switch, Water Level Indicators And 10% Spares Pertains To Automation Etc., Complete Shall Be Provided By The Contractor To Kpcl After Completion Of Work.
