1Removing dry or oil bound distemper, waterproofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete job.
2Repairs to plaster of thickness of 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under incld. cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparingthe wall surface complete including disposal to dumping site within 50 mtr lead (1:4).
3Providing & applying white cement based putty of avg. thickness 1mm of approved brand, over the plastered wall surface complete job.
4Distempering with Oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats on new work) including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer complete job.
5Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. (40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.)
6Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an evenn shade (one or more coats onn old works)
7Dismantling/ demolishing cement concrete flooring manually and disposal beyond municipal limit
8Taking out doors,windows & celestory window shutter (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 mtrs. lead of area beyond 3 sqm.
9Providing & fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300mm(thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) conforming to IS:15622 of approved make/size laid over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete.(in colours such as white, ivory, grey, fume red brown).
10Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.(300x300/300x450)
11Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x 5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In charge.
12Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece.
13Providing and fixing steel window and ventilator in walls including fixing of float glass panes shutter and wire gauze shutter with glazing clips or metal beading with screws and complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement stoppers, handles including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer
14Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters With ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws

18Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills,fillets etc upto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
19Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
20Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in :cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand). Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level.
21Providing and fixing of 6mm thick ply including cutting, fixing, carriage and removing old and stacking at site complete job.
22P/f overhead/under counter cabinets of 19mm thick commercial board with frame of Marandi wood (3"x11/2") shutters lipped with laminate 1mm thick of approved make and shade on all surfaces inside and outside and all fittings complete job.
