Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 11/0.416 KV, 500 KVA outdoor type Transformercomplete with all accessories.The 500KVA,11/0.416 kv, 50Hz, 3-Phase outdoor type step down Transformershould be delta (incoming as Delta connection)/ Y (Star as outgoing side) & confirms to IS 1180 (Part 1):2014 (orlatest amendment,if any) specification. The transformer should be completed with all accessories (as per latest ISspecification), protective devices etc. ONAN cooling , maximum total losses should follow Energy level-2 of IS1180 (Part 1): 2014(or latest amendment, if any) specification, off load tap changer should be as per latest ISspec. with initially filled transformer oil. Transformer oil should be of IS335:1993 (or latest amendment, if any)grade. Apart from standard accessories, associated accessories viz Bird guard, terminal connector, OTI, WTI,Buchholz relay to be supplied with transformer. IRS Warranty is applicable. The Transformer should be make ofM/S Andrew Yule or M/S AREVA or M/s Kirloskar Electric Co.or M/s Crompton Greaves Ltd. or M/s Transformer& Rectifiers Ltd. Before supply of Transformer approval should be obtained for ON and OFF load loss and thetransformer should be inspected by RITES. Details specification enclosed Annexure-I to this tender.
