The Transformer Should Be Completed With All Accessories ( As Per Latest Is Specification ) , Protective Devices Etc. Onan Cooling , Maximum Total Losses Should Follow Energy Level-2 Of Is 1180 ( Part 1 ) : 2014 ( Or Latest Amendment, If Any ) Specification, Off Load Tap Changer Should Be As Per Latest Is Spec.
