Schedule 1 (Not Applicable )Schedule 2 (Plant and Equipment )Supply of Automated Electromechanically Operated ,Organic Waste Composter Machin ,Accelerator having Capacity to process 1.5 TPD of Organic waste equipped with suitable HMI and PLC for user friendly operation.The machine having inbuilt shredder and feeder with suitable capacity machine shuold have:-Waste Treatment Capacity:-1500 Kg/day,Operation:-Fully Automatic,Volume Reduction :-80% ,Volume reduction of inside vessel should be 5400 ltr. Mixing and Curing:-Inside the machine vessel there should be fully automatic gear operated rotating arms of SS304.Composter should have unique mixing capabilty & achieve optimum level of Oxygen supply for completing an Aerobic decomposition of the material and also has provision for exhaust system to remove internally generated gases,steam during the process.Machine should also have automatic deodorizing unit to control and filter generated odour.Input and Output:-The machine should be equipped with secured opening & closing mechanism for material loading or processed material outlets
