CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL AND ESTIMATION OF THE WORK FOR PROVISION OF CERTAIN ACCN AT JORHAT FOR THE FOLLOWING BUILDING:-\n\n (i) Office and Admin Accn (G+1) for 10 Wing - 969.28 Sqm\n (ii) Office and Admin Accn for CWE (G+2) - 1207.32 Sqm \n (iii) Single living in for 24 officers (G+2) - 1241.46 Sqm\n (iv) Servent Qtrs (G+1) - 232.26 Sqm\n \n TOTAL AREA - 4428.05Squre meter\n\n(a) ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANCY :-\n\n (i) Preparation and submission of self-sufficient architectural designs and drawings in Auto-Cad for the mentiioned buildings as per sound archtectural practice and as per area and other details mentioned in Adam \n Approval as directed by Dir (Arch) of CE (AF) Shillong Zone. \n (ii) Supply one set of original tracing hard copy on Gateway brand tracing paper (90/100GSM) along with soft copy of Drawing (inlower verion of AUTO-CAD on CD (02 Nos) and free of cost clarification if during\n complete execution till completion of the project and all details as per tender documents.\n\n(b) STRUCTURAL CONSULTANCY :-\n\n Preparation and supply of structural design by using software like STAAD/STRAP with load chart for entire stuctural component Viz wall, Column, beams, slabs, staicase, tank etc along with structural drgs and complete \n design folder containing structural analysis and design calculation duly vetted by any IIT/NIT and all details as per tender documents.\n\n(c) ESTIMATE CONSULTANCY :-\n\n Preparation of estimate of building based on SSR and market rate including YARD STICK and submission in duplicate building wise as directed by Directior Contract of HQ CE (AF) Shillong Zone and all details as per \n tender documents.\n\nNote:- Lumpsum amount to be quoted for entire consultancy services as mentioned above.
