    Providing Of Microbiology Lab Items 1 Molecular – PCR- Real time PCR for meningitidis panel should be able to detect HSV-1, VZV, CMV,EBV,Enterovirus and Bacteria including S.pneumoniae, N.MENINGITIDIS, H.INFLUENZAE,Listeria monocyogenes and Grp B Streptococcus from CSF specimen for LC 480 in should be CE marked or IVD approved should include all kind of consumables like probe masters , primers, probes and standards. It will be responsibility of vendor to provide technical support to succesfully run the kit and validate the results onsite during technical evaluation of kit at vendor’s costViral Encephalitis 2 Molecular – PCR- Real time PCR for N. meningitidis/H. influenzae/ S. pneumoniae for LC 480 in should be CE marked or IVD approved should include all kind of consumables like probe masters , primers, probes and standards. It will be responsibility of vendor to provide technical support to succesfully run the kit and validate the results onsite during technical evaluation of kit at vendor’s cost 3 Molecular – PCR- Real time PCR for HSV – 1&2, VZV, Enterovirus, mumps virus, parechovirus for LC 480 in should be CE marked or IVD approved should include all kind of consumables like probe masters , primers, probes and standards. It will be responsibility of vendor to provide technical support to succesfully run the kit and validate the results onsite during technical evaluation of kit at vendor’s cost 4 Molecular – multiplex Real Time PCR kit for detection of dengue virus, chikungunya virs and internal control. The kit must be IVD approved. The technical bit must contain validation data file and kit insert/manual.
