1	1	AUXILLIARY BOILER - PORT & STBD, Maker: AALBORG MARINE BOILERS,Type-Oil Fired Water Tube Boiler AQ-12, STEAM OUTPUT- 1600 KG/HR, MAX WORKING PR: 7 KG / CM2
2	1.01	Starboard boiler burner casing hinge 01 nos broken. Same to repair. Boiler burner casing to be renewed, material of casing is aluminium. Casing size : OD 700 MM, ID 175 MM AND THICKNESS 15MM, MATERIALS - ALUMINIUM. Boiler burner casing is to be supplied and fitment by Contractor only.	1	LS
3	1.02	Both Port & Stbd boilers manhole doors & header handhole doors to opened-up. Both water side and smoke side thoroughly with high pressure jet. Soot & cleaning water to be removed and disposed off. Required materials,consumables and jet machinary equipments for cleaning are covered in contractor scope.	2	LS
4	1.03	For the above two auxiliary boilers the following mountings to open up, Overhaul, present for survey and box back with new joints and packings, studs, bolts and nuts to renew wherever required. Damaged glands/bushes/ spindles to renew as per surveyors' recommendations. Procurement and fitment of all required spares, consumables & Machining works, welding, Brazing works are covered in Contractor scope.

14	1.13	Hard scales from inside of boilers tubes on both boilers to be removed, cleaned and show to ship staff / surveyors. job including mechanical cleaning and chemical cleaning. After cleaning, entire boiler to be flushed with high pressure water jet thoroughly. Hard scale chemical, mechanical cleaning tools, jet equipments, consumable are in contractor scope.	2	LS
15	1.14	Burner and burning equipment to be overhauled by specialist technician and necessary adjustments to carry out in presence of OEM. Deputation of Specialist technicians are covered in Contractor's scope. Deputation of OEM is HSL Scope.	2	LS
16	1.15	Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for required Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material mentioned at S.Nos. 1 to 1.14 for above scope of work. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered \" on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ for this line item'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. 18	2.01	EXHAUST GAS BOILERS - PORT & STBD. All mountings to open, Overhaul, present for survey and box back with new joints and packings, studs, bolts and nuts to renew. Glands/bushes/ spindles to renew as per surveyors' recommendations. Procurement and fitment of all required spares, consumables & Machining works, welding, Brazing works are covered in Contractor scope.\nDetails of mountings:

23	2.06	Boiler to test hydraulically to 10 kg/cm2 and show to surveyor. Any leaky coil to renew. Consider renewal of one spiral tube coil on each boiler. Spiral tubes - Ship supply. All consumables, machining / grinding / welding works are covered in Contractor's scope. While pressure testing, any leaks observed in Spiral tube coils, the same is to be removed from place, repaired and refitted back after satisfactory completion of repair works.	2	NOS
24	2.07	Two nos inspection doors to open and fit back with new joints.Materials: Procurement and fitment of joints, fasteners are covered in Contractor's scope.	2	LS
25	2.08	All three boiler circulating pumps to remove & refit along with their base. Overhaul and renew the spares. Wear rings / bushes supply and fitment, Consumables, machining works, welding and brazing works are covered in Contractor's scope. After renewal of the base all three pumps foundations to fix, pumps to fix along with their motors, Alignment to be carried out. Satisfactory trial of boiler water circulating pumps to be shown to ship staff.	3	NOS
26	2.09	Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for required Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material mentioned at S.Nos. 2 to 2.08 for above scope of work. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. 28	3.01	EVAPORATORS: 1st and 2nd stage evaporators are cracked and repairs carried out to the satisfaction of Shipstaff and HSL. Both evaporators to remove from place and new ones from ships' stock to fix in place and assemble full system. Any obstructed items to be degutted and refitted. All Consumables, machining / grinding / welding works are covered in Contractor's scope.	2	LS
29	3.02	CONDENSOR: Remove from place, clean chemically, pressure test and fit back in place. Any leaky tube found to be plugged. Required materials, Chemical, joints, O-rings, copper plugs, drain cocks, zinc anodes,end cover metal builtups, consumables, machining / grinding / welding works are covered in Contractor's scope.	1	LS
30	3.03	Venturi unit including non-return flap valve to be overhauled and fit with new joints. Satisfactory vacuum to be shown to ship staff. All required materials and consumables are covered in contractor's scope.	1	LS
