Paper roll Assembly for Sheeter Unwinding section : Assembly includes Roll shell , Shaft and Bearings,Shell for Sheeter Unwinding section paper roll as per drawing no. BNPM/FH/168/2020-21 ; MOC : Aluminium ; Shell finish OD = 99mm; Bearing Housing MOC : EN19; Roll shell should have parallel surface/ ZERO camber, Bearing housing should be shrink fit to the shell. Both side bearing housing have same dimensions as per the attached drawing Shaft for Sheeter Unwinding section Paper roll as per drawing no. BNPM/FH/168-A/2020-21 ; MOC : EN8 ; Shaft trueness value should be maintained 0.00 To 0.05mm maximum, along its length and dynamically balanced. Bearing (6206 2Z) on both sides and SKF MAKE Assembly should be dynamically balanced at 600mpm speed,
