2 1.01 (k) Checking fibre plates, gaskets, transformer oil and applying multi grease to the mechanical parts and dry graphite conductive sealant to contacts of PT etc., and re-assembling the same and commissioning complete to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.\n(l) Testing of polarities of CT's.\n(m) High voltage testing with high voltage tester of CT and Breaker pole to withstand working pressure of HT 22 KV to ascertain servicieability and spare parts found defective to be replaced for smooth functioning.\n(n) Labour only for Opening the busbar chamber of HT 22KV MOCB panel board cleaning the bus bar chamber, inspect the CT's wiring, spout insulator and bus-bar joints and tightening if required and heating up with hot air blower to remove moisture, meggering, HV testing applying TRTPPEX(B) supplied to bus bar and commissioning.
3 1.02 Notes: (i) All spares required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule here-in-after as supply only.\n(ii) Machine grease, oil, liquid sealant and any minor item costing upto Rs 250 will be included in the unit rate of above item and for satisfactory function of the breakers and no extra cost will be allowed. Decision of accepting officer in this regard will remain final and binding.\n(iii) The overhauling of HT breakers to be carried out either through OEM's service Engineer/authorised dealer/San and Engg consultant /Triotech consultant/ those who posses HT handling license.
