15 11.04 Supply, installation, testing, commissioning of fire spot with heat detection tube in 4 kg capacity with 10 mtr tube melts at the portion where it is exposed to the fire causing it to open out like a nozzle thereby releasing the ext medium. Cylinder body shall be deep drawn two piece construction, mild steel CR-2 grade as per IS 513-2008. The body shall be provided with the cylinder bottom skirt ring. Cylinder shall be certified by NABL approved LAB for minimum 85 bar burst pressure. The body shall withstand minimum burst pressure of 80 bar at welds. Both internal and external surface of cylinder shall necessarily be pure polyster powder coated for corrosion resistance. Cylinder body shall be permanently marked with brand, year of manufacturing, test pressure and operating temperature range, valve shall be made of forged brass with nickel chromiumplating. Valve shall withstand minimum burst pressure of 80 bars for 60 second. Valve threading shall have vertical slots for controlled pressure release while opening. The extinguishing agent HFC-236fa shall be UL listed. Exinguisher shall be factory filed with initial charge, pressurized with dry Nitrogen, Mono layer polyamide, RAL3000 (Red), UV stablized, heat sensing tube shall be UL listed. Tube has minimum burst pressure of 100 bar at 20 °C and maximum working pressure of 20 bar. Tube has outer dia of 6mm and inner dia of 4mm complete all as specified and directed\nNote : The testing shall be done by the rep of Accepting Officer. item16 20 Each
16 11.05 Supply, installation, testing, commissioning fire spot modular type ceiling mounted in 5 kg capacaity for room protection very early detection of fire is possible as the smoke detector send the signal to the actuators to release the ext medium. Cross zoning to prevent fals trigger, domes convex shape, neck ring is welded with top of the body having mounting threads M30 x 1.5, sprinkler head having mounting threads M30x1.5. The sprinkler is comprising of temperature sensitive quartsoid bulb of temperature rating 68 °C, mounting bracket flange type for mounting on ceiling. 17 11.06 Supply and retrofitting of following MCCBs in existing power control panels, each MCCB shall have overload, short-circuit protection and an additional tripping arrangement through fire sensores/smoke detectors should be provided. Parallel tripping arrangement for protection agaisnt fire, system should be compatiable for tripping by trip signal of 12V/24volt AC/DC shall come from smoke detector installed at site. A battery bank of 24 volt DC of appropriate AH rating should be provided with above arrangement. Each MCCB shall be provided with both side spreder links of copper for connection of incoming and outgoing cables, rotary operating handle and shunt trip release of rating shall be as following :- item18 1 Each Job

34 11.23 Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of advance maintenance free environment freindly ring earthing system of dia 350mm & depth 11 feet chemical earthing system consisting of 3 Nos. of Copper Bonded Earth Rod of 10 feet length, 17.2 mm dia made of high tensile low carbon steel circular rods, molecularly bonded with 99.9% electrolytic grade copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness-250 microns) with terminals to connect incoming stip in the ground with 3 bags (60 Kg per earthing pit) of environment friendly backfil compound carbon base, Graphite blend and portland cement mixed (approved by Engr-in-charge) resistivity below 0.15 Ohm meter for high currect (for electrical system) as per manufaccturing instructions for each 150mm x 25mm x 6mm copper bar with 4 hole shall be exothermically welded on top to copper bounded rod to make terminal laid in minimum 200mm dia bore. Making 3 Nos holes of complete earthing set in which each hole should be provided with 100 Kg Bentonite in outer 150mm part of the hole and inner 200mm dia fill with back fill material. Manufacturer name shall be embossed on rod. 25mm x 3mm copper shall be burried 20cm below the ground used to interconnected the earths and to make the ring. The earth pit cover polypropylene (250mm top x 340mm bottom x 250mm height) of 2 Kg weight shall be included in the csope of work including PCC (1:2:4) base block of fitting of pit cover complete all as specified & directed by Engineer - in- charge. \nNotes : The testing of earth resistance will be done in presence of MES rep and user and results will be recorded in register duly signed by user and Engg in Charge. contractor will arrange all necessary T&P for testing of earth and contractor will be fully responsible for testing of earth resistance, maintaining the record and maintain the earth value with in permissible limit. In case desired resistance not obtained during testing, the earthing shall be re-done without any cost to the Govt. item35 2 Each Job
